I signed up with getresponse and they blocked my account!

I signed up with getresponse and they requested my cell# to confirm my identity, which I refused. I don’t give my cell # out to anyone, period. They could have verified my account with my home #, but they refused to do it. Thankfully they let me verify my account via mailing address and email, which is laughable, because it really doesn’t confirm anything, as anyone could have provided that information as well. All was well to proceed, or so I thought. After I spent time creating my first newsletter and sent it (or so I thought), I was notified almost soon after that my account was locked, but they wouldn’t exactly say why. So my newsletter wasn’t sent out. When I contacted them to ask why, they didn’t provide a valid reason for locking my account. At this point I’m unable to access my contacts and I’m angry. NOW THEY ARE HOLDING MY CONTACT LIST HOSTAGE! This company then turned around and asked for a photo ID in order for me to access my account! I’ve used other email companies before and NEVER experienced this madness. At this point I refused to upload my license and asked them to cancel my account. I then received ANOTHER request to verify my account after I already had, in order to cancel it! I’ve since signed up with another company and was able to successfully send out my newsletter, and they didn’t require a DNA sample to do so. BOTTOM LINE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY; THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE! I don’t know how they are in business, as their incompetence is staggering. Luckily I hadn’t given them any payment info at this point.

"Returns made easy" NIGHTMARE

I bought a pair of boots for my partner as an anniversary gift in May 2022. They took a while to get to me, but I live in Alaska so that's not unusual. After gifting them we realized that he needed a bigger size, so I contacted DSW for a return shipping label. I took my package to FedEx only to be turned away because the label DSW had sent me was incorrect. I contacted customer service and was assured by the live chat agent that they would amend the error and send a new one right away. An hour later I received an email saying that they cannot process my return because of where I live.. even though they made it here just fine. After getting passed around to a few departments I finally got in touch with a supervisor who told me to use a courier service of my choosing and save the receipt. He told me to email a picture of the receipt with my order number and they would refund 100% of the cost of shipping to my original payment method. I sent that email in June and never heard anything until July when I sent another email and got an automated email response which honestly was better than nothing. But again, more radio silence followed that automated response, so I went back to the live chats got in touch with a supervisor and started another inquiry. She then proceeded to tell me that they would not be able to reimburse the shipping I had paid out of pocket in any other form than a DSW gift card. At this point, as you can imagine, I did not want to give DSW another cent let alone give them another opportunity to waste more of my time. I told her that I didn't want a gift card, I wanted my money back on my card. She said she can't process it that way and it's not until I bring up my prior conversation with the other supervisor that she says that she'll do it. But of course, it's not that simple. After all this time, I still have to call the customer service line to be transferred to the payment department to process my refund. So now that were all caught up, today its August, I have called to get in touch with the payment department twice and still have not been able to connect with anyone who can process my request.In short, go with any other shoe company go with freaking eBay. Do not spend your money here because even if they do reimburse you, you will never get back the time wasted and the stress caused.

Sick of having to fill out a form every year to say I don’t want the bbc. Can’t think of any other example where failing to categorically state you want don’t want or use a particular thing somehow means you’re are using it.

I will never order online with Adidas…

I will never order online with Adidas again. I purchased a pair of football boots online for my child for Christmas. I ordered them and received them on the 25th November. They are too small and because it has gone past 30 days I cannot return them for a refund or even an exchange. Nike extended their returns policy to 60 days. I think this is shocking for a big brand like Adidas. I will never order with them again!

Adidas has terrible shoes with short laces and cheap materials. The box arrived broken. They are not comfortable. Buy the way adidas nobody cares if you are making your shoes from recycled material except you because it saves you money $$$

Awful customer services

Awful customer services. I wanted to add a second device, so I tried to access the app. It had logged me out and I couldn’t get back in. I requested a password reset link, but it never came. The online chat is never available when it is supposed to be and it took me ages to find a telephone number that worked. Once I got through, I was told not to worry and they would email me a valid link. I had told them I wasn’t using a gmail email with my account and that I needed a link to reset the non Google email which I had used on my account. Waited for the link and a link to reset a Google Mail address came through. When I responded to say that this link was no use to me, I just got a reply to say sorry we can’t help you any further! These are expensive products, but the customer service is absolutely appalling. What should have been a 10/15 min job has taken me hours and I am no further forwards. Disgraceful!

6 years after dealing with flipkart once I’m still receiving spam from them, I have tried everything unsubscribing, calling them marking them as spam in my mail… nothing to do, hence I hate flipkart with all my heart !! If they get back to me and fix this problem i will remove this bad review!

BBC news fit for purpose ?

I have watched the BBC News program for over 50 years.The current system seems to be very one sided with very biased reporting on all things regarding scotlands government. They consistantly use a comparison with UK to present a "Scottish bad" although the facts do not usually agree with the report. I pay for my licence and believe that the BBC used to be regarded as an honest and truthful agency. Why should I pay for such a biased opinion when I would like a fair report, not a propaganda message

Great course! Keep the Aleve Handy,

Course is designed nicely and the information is great for beginners. The class could be just a bit longer. The instructors are very knowledgeable, Juliano is the greatest. I received so much advise and corrections from him, probably would not have made it without his help. Once I pointed out that I am a true beginner to Computer Programming. And I have never even seen the material or content he was helping me with, he became a real instructor. He provided more details and his tone changed from you should know this information if you are a programmer.(I am not a Programmer, yet) I know you have the concept if you have to go look it up and research, that you learn more. But when you are trying to make a project deadline all you are doing is cramming a bunch of information together trying to make sense of it all. And maybe a quick course on how to use the terminals would be really helpful. The course gives you the sites and links to download VSC, Github, etc. But no details on how to use them and make them functional for the course program. If you took time to try and learn the functions of those programs that can take quite a bit of time. So my 2 cents. For True beginners and no clue what programming is about this course will get you really excited to learn more, or make you want to break your computer. Lol
