Review of aweber
My friend warned me with using aweber. He said they removed his account because of someone complaining about receiving an email, when all of his leads were from FB marketing. Deleted his entire list and did not have the courtesy to reply back to him. I tried them anyway as it is a straightforward platform to use. Worked okay for a few days and then emails stopped sending. I emailed them. no reply. A few days later I told them not to worry, I have moved to Constant Contact. Aweber email me back straight away trying to keep my business. I told them don't bother. Then emailed them 2 days ago about how to downgrade my account so I am not billed as i would like to keep it as a backup. No reply. Just deactivated my account and deleted all the content. Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Buggy software. Keep away from this company, They're a total joke, only after your money. After they have your money they dont care. They dont even reply back or try to justify the overwhelming bad reviews on Truestpilot which is telling.
Review of aaa
My husband has had AAA since 2012 & never used them until today. We needed a 30 mile tow & they refused and claim they can only do 10 when our coverage is for 100 miles. We understand Milton caused shortage in gas but for 30 miles , nothing on the Website stating that 10 miles was max at this time . Update websites and do not leave people stranded and disappointed , we had to shed over 300 bucks for another tow company that had no issues towing . If we do not get our money back we will be contacted the BBB.

Called AAA for our daughter. He car sat while away to college. They jumped it but when it shut off it would not start. The battery was dead and apparently would not hold a charge. We agreed to replace the battery. The tech replaced the battery but oddly had to jump it to get it to start. Clearly this did not make sense. She was told to drive it a bit to make sure the new battery is charged. She did, after about 45 min. She shut it off and it would not start. Called AAA. Back, different guy comes out. Says the new battery was bad. He replaced it and said he had to clean the cables. Not getting a good connection. She drove it a bit. Stopped. It wouldnt start. Called AAA back. , new guy comes out. He cleans connections, tests the battery and says, look at this, the battery is 5 years old. Apparently tech put an old battery in. Accident or deliberate? Are they putting just any old battery in? Not the battery that is spec'd for a 2008 Prius? 12 volt. This tech was clearly angry and said this is not right. He put a new battery in and she has so far had no further issues. Be aware of the people and side businesses AAA sends out to work on your car. This happened in Columbus Ohio if AAA cares to look into it. There cant be that many people they had to send someone out 4x to do what they charged her for properly. Or can there be more?
Review of target
I wife needed meatballs and l been a shopper at Target on 4th and Mission in San Francisco even before the epidemic,so as l glance up from looking at my phone as l stranded in line l was actually surrounded there were 4 loud color in every direction around me. And by me being a mature man of color dress very nice l wasn't surprised I seen it's happening to me and other people of color at other stores, but even some of the cashier know me that's how often l shop there. But from now on l will be shopping at BEST BUY and Safeway for my family needs because l hadn't been profiled yet as soon as l walk through those doors yet and very very scary to see where this city is going towards PEOPLE OF COLOR.
Review of Spotify
I had a problem with my Spotify account, and after I found out they didn't have a helpline I could call I was a bit angry as I prefer talking about issues I have over the phone with someone. However, the chatbot system they had was actually really helpful, and my problem was resolved quickly and the person I was speaking to was so nice! Really happy with the service, definitely not going to switch to any other streaming service soon! :)

Review of samsung
I wanted to love the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 512G - Samsung's "top of the line flagship model" but I don't. I hate it. The cellular radio in it is complete garbage. Put next to an unnamed $300 dollar piece connected to same tower on the same plan, the samsung pulls in a worse signal by 20 to 25 Dbm. Check Reddit, this is a wide spread problem. Yet Samsung's refuses to acknowledge it, refuses to provide reasonable support and cannot be bothered to stick to their promises. Despite buying the phone, a watch, a tablet, a TV, and a soundbar from them this year, they refuse to provide meaningful support for this 1500 dollar POS. Their support promised to schedule a call with escalated support within 48 hours. They never called. Nobody ever followed up to see the problem was resolved by phone, text or email. Samsung has become a company you cannot trust and they have lost my business for good.

Review of dropbox
We manage a not for profit and have sent them the necessary documentation showing we are a tax-exempt 501c3 in the US. This has been very embarrassing when you have people we work with asking on a weekly basis when will we provide them with more space so they can do their jobs. I cannot get anyone from Dropbox Business to upgrade our account. After several emails and phone calls, as of today, Friday, February 28th, that's it, I will be looking for another company. Very frustrated.

Review of asus
I used to sit in front of an Asus 27" curved monitor. I bought it in 2020 and the date of manufacture was in may 2020. Well after the year, the monitor just stopped displaying a picture. Contacted Asus as Debenhams has closed down but they said we don't warranty anything that was bought outside of the UK.. We don't understand, we bought this in the UK not a cheap buy, opting for the top of the range £400 27" model. So there you have it, buy ASUS ... Don't, it will break, and you will get no service in the UK..
