Been a clint for over 14 years

Been a clint for over 14 years. Did a balance transfer and called to cancel it the next day, as I got a better rate from another creditor. Capital one informed me that I would need to call back when it posts. I waited several days and called back and they refused to cancel the transfer. Closed both of my cards with them. This company is dishonest and stupid. Why loose a loyal customer over something so trivial. What does this say about this company when it comes to customer service? Abominable and unprofessional practices.

Very happy Dashlane user

I have used Dashlane on several computers for about a year now. I used it to replace Lastpass after it was hacked. It works, the only gripe I have is it logs itself out after 14 days, I know its a security feature but it still bugs me.
