Not even worth 1 star, i had a horrible morning at Dubai when checking in. Apparently i had extra luggage, your staff kept taking me in circle’s telling me to re arrange the bags, spend 2 hours on it and after several times of arranging and rearranging, they still asked me to pay amount almost equivalent to my flight ticket.Never again Emirates, i will switch to another Airline.

They suspend accounts without giving reason or notification, and there's no process to provide more information to validate your account and lift the suspension.Made a new account and after sending 4 test emails to myself back and forth to confirm the custom domain routing was working, my account was suspended without any warning or without being notified. I only found out because an email wouldn't send, then when I check the email campaigns page in the dashboard it says there that there is a suspension. I didn't get an email or even some kind of in-website prompt/notification. I opened a customer service ticket asking why and how to remediate, the response said they wouldn't say why my account was suspended and they don't actually have any way to remediate. So basically they just have a non-transparent one-way valve to lose customers.

It took me two days and over 8 hours on the phone with customer service to get an iPad unlocked. The experience was so horrific that I switched all my devices to another carrier. Every time I would get an assurance from yet another agent that the device was unlocked, I would find out that it wasn't.

Jokers, seriously try contacting customer services 🤣🤣🤣Tried to cancel an order, that has not yet dispatched, they sent an e-mail saying it can't be done.I think you'll find my statutory rights state i can cancel an online order at any time!Amazon have gotten so big they think they're above UK LAW...Not a problem, i'll flag it with my bank as fraudulent activity when they open in the morning, and report it to trading standards as well 👍

Horrible customer support. I bought a few pieces online, and wanted to return one. It took them something like 2-3 weeks to only answer my email about how to make a return. They do not gave this information available on their web. They also make you pay for returns. I would never buy again. Please so not make the same mistake as I did and do not buy from there. There are so many better options.

Works great when there are no issues but the buyer is screwed when items go missing. I ordered a product that was over 24" long and the bag arrived, packaged with everything else but ripped and wide open. They longer items (linear rails) were not in the package. I filed a issue and the seller kept closing the issue saying it was delivered. I have ordered a lot off AliExpress with no issues, this was the first time I have been hosed for over $80. No way to leave feedback on the seller. Buyer beware. This particular vendor was the Veekaft FA Store. I should have looked at their reviews as I am not the only one with this issue. From now on. I am just going to use Amazon. It costs more but at least they take customer issues seriously.

DO NOT GET AN AMEX! The harassing phone calls from India were horrific. Try telling someone who can barely speak English that you’re waiting on the sale of your home in order to pay your card in full. It was only 27 past due but you thought I owed them a kidney. Discover card was so easy. They mad a note, never called me once and when I called the girl was from Texas. Amex sucks!!!

My brand new VivoPC won't output audio through the built in speakers, and after many attempts to solve the problem myself, I throw in the towerl and contact asus phone support.
First of all you can barely hear the menu on the phone because the quality is so bad, and the actual support is worse.
Their support workers apparently have zero technical training or knowledge of their products.
No attempts to solve the problem were made. The staff only suggested re-installing the audio and chipset drivers (which I had already tried), and then call them again if that didn't fix it.
The staff asked my exactly zero questions regarding my system beyond the model number.
So I call gain and no further attempts are made to find the problem, no questions, nothing. The staff just says the next step is to do an RMA (tanks for nothing Thomas).
This is without a doubt the most terrible support I have ever received.
If you have any problems with an asus product in Denmark, you can expect exactly zero support from asus.
