They suspend accounts without giving reason or notification, and there's no process to provide more information to validate your account and lift the suspension.Made a new account and after sending 4 test emails to myself back and forth to confirm the custom domain routing was working, my account was suspended without any warning or without being notified. I only found out because an email wouldn't send, then when I check the email campaigns page in the dashboard it says there that there is a suspension. I didn't get an email or even some kind of in-website prompt/notification. I opened a customer service ticket asking why and how to remediate, the response said they wouldn't say why my account was suspended and they don't actually have any way to remediate. So basically they just have a non-transparent one-way valve to lose customers.
