AT&T customer service is really bad

It took me two days and over 8 hours on the phone with customer service to get an iPad unlocked. The experience was so horrific that I switched all my devices to another carrier. Every time I would get an assurance from yet another agent that the device was unlocked, I would find out that it wasn't.
