I recently booked a room at the Best Western in Rawlins, WY. The room we were given had trash from the previous occupant present. We talked to Haley at the front desk, who assured us that she had discussed the situation with the Manager. The remedy: I was signed up for the Best Western Reward program and told they would deposit 20,000 points so that my next stay would be a free night.A few days later, I called Haley as this had not been done. She assured me that she again talked to the Manager and the points would be placed in my reward account.Nope! Don’t tell a customer repeatedly that something will be done and then not follow through. Bad form....Staff was courteous and friendly....just given a dirty room which is just gross....and then the agreed upon remedy wasn’t fulfilled.
