What is the hell and awful experience, I should go to read reviews before register!!! but maybe it will save somebody else. I tried to sign up for the subscription but was never able to actually make an account, it gives me error and support is saying "download the app" despite me saying that I did, it didn't work!! They saying that it doesn't connect to the number, I am happy if not, but it is crap connect to my card and they can now charge me for subscription. I wrote support many times but they don't do anything. Absolutely useless and horrible app and service, do not go for it. now instead of smoof service i need to go through the bank.

MEGA is not that good for me. I used to really like MEGA, and I downloaded a few things from there. However, I realized that there are so many things better than MEGA, and I should have used them instead of this website. MEGA downloads things in such a long duration, and even worse, you have to use a browser to download it with limited speed. MEGA also does not work on download managers, and it is really disappointing. I am just going to add one star for letting me save my download, even after closing the tab or shutting down my computer. Another bad thing about MEGA is that the free MEGA requires you to wait 5 hours or so before continuing your download, and it is really bad because it is such a waste of time and no other website does that. All of the websites download the files via browser, and then I can download that file on a download manager. However, MEGA just makes it worse because it is very slow, and there is nothing you could do to speed it up. I dislike using MEGA, and I prefer everything else instead.

Absolute rip-off. I was offered a two week free trial and promised a two day warning before the subscription became due. Subscription for a full year taken. I've deleted the app, sent two e-mails, logged a message and a bug report but no replies. I was looking at the Portuguese lessons, which are Brazilian Portuguese and have some important differences to Portuguese making them useless.

Unsanitary and dangerous. My driver showed up with three black hairy cats in the car, one of which was sitting on my food bag. Thank goodness I was outside waiting for the driver. I am severly allergic to cats and had to take emergency meds. 40 minutes on the phone with doordash to no avail. They wanted me to have taken a picture of the cat or cat hair on the bag. I was more worried about winding up in the hospital. Not only was the delivery unsatintary and dangerous for my health, but Doordash's handling of the call...40 minutes, three transfers, and accusations that it wasn't true because I didn't take a picture of the driver's car or bag.

He claimed that some restaurants on DoorDash do not accept gift cards, which was deeply confusing. Nowhere during the redemption process or order placement was I alerted that Wing Stop or Naz’s Hala would be excluded.What hurt most was his tone and manner. I called the customer service and they said: Sorry we can not help you, you have to wait. So fortunately I paid with PayPal, I did a claim and received my money back. So never ever order anything again from this online shop! Worst customer service ever, not helpful, not want to solve the case.....

Major privacy concerns re their verification method (passport, etc.) via a third party. Passport scanned, NFC data taken, facial recognition performed, and … failed (?)—due to a shortening of one’s name for professional purposes—at which stage one has already handed over all personal data (the sale of which one has zero control over, nor is this kind of profit passed on to the actual data provider: you). Request for an explanation elicited bizarre prevarication and a ‘virtual’, polite f-off. Worrying. And deleting one’s data only deletes it your end … but I gather we know how these guys play by now. Upsetting? Or have we just got used to it? The only way would appear to be to cut these virtual middlemen out altogether. For who has so misled the multitude, by the many hands of the masses they shall cease to be, and oblivion be their reward.
