Down £1,100.00 after being incorrectly charged

Currently down £1,100.00 after being advised a refund for an incorrectly charged drinks package would take place within 30 days, I am still waiting. After being on hold for over an hour I was then told it would be between 30-45 days. This was a mistake made by a member of staff incorrectly placing a drinks package onto another parties booking, and then them being unable to swap it onto my booking to correct it, meaning I have had to pay double whilst waiting for a refund. £550.00 is more than my rent and bills so it is not a small amount for me! The company lacks in any customer service prior to and after boarding. All they seem interested in is scraping up any scraps of money they can from ‘add-ons’ and sly charges people would be unaware of unless they had travelled with them before.

Review of indiegogo

The perfect company for scammers

I was a backer for VEZO 360 through Indiegogo. I was scammed out of my money like every other backer. I understand there is always risk to any early investment, but this company did not admit failure. They could have simply said, "Thank you for supporting us, but we did not survive the pandemic shutdowns." lnstead, the company strung every backer on Indiegogo along for years. Even going so far as to say they shipped all product through an untrustworthy Chinese shipper with no tracking number available, so please expect some product losses. It was no surprise when at least 99% of the backers on Indiegogo reported no product delivered. Indiegogo isn't holding this scammer accountable, so I can only assume this sort if fraud is common on their website.

I am sick and tired of the buffering…

I am sick and tired of the buffering issues with Hulu. I have gone to their live chat twice to resolve the issue and it has not helped. It is extremely frustrating when you are trying to watch Live TV and it starts buffering every 10 minutes. Come on Hulu. Get with it.

$1.99 fee for a paper invoice

I'm complaining about being charged a fee of $1.99 for getting a hard copy of my bill.I receive a tremendous amount of emails from everywhere - notifications, surveys, spam, you name it. I don't feel confident that I will see the invoice. Then, I have to remember my "unique" user ID and password to view my bill.I sure as heck am not going to provide ANY company with access to my bank account information - my information was hacked at two companies last month alone. Is Lowes THAT desperate for corporate profits?I have a choice of Lowes, Home Depot, TrueValue, etc. I'll make a point of spending at least $1.99 elsewhere every month.

NO REFUND NO HELP

Book a rental car through expedia for 11 days, paid in full. Our flight was delayed cause of weather so we were a day late collecting the car. The ignorant employee said it was gone so couldn’t have the car and NO REFUND. We were forced to book another car for our trip and pay in full again. We got home and tried to get a refund and they said because we were a day late the car was gone and no refund of any kind will be given, not even for the 10 days that we were there. NEVER EVER USE EXPEDIA

It was a great app but unforgiving

It was a great app but unforgiving, if you post up something in error. American based, so Australians used to Marketplace beware of even small infringements to their disallowed product lists. Of which there are many.Wade through the multiple pages of fine print before you post anything.Even something you bought off depop then decided to resell, can see you banned.Their fees have been rising to, so be wary of agreeing to bundle buy sales and discounted stock suggestions. Your profit margin will end up minimal, if you don't do the math.Do a good job keeping up your sales and you can get invited to some good training videos, at 3am Aust time. Worth it. But it's a fragile ecosystem.

Amazon Canada Customer Service is Garbage

I have gotten nothing but the run around by Amazon from the Edmonton Warehouse failing to deliver a parcel they have had in their possession since April 26th it has been rescheduled for delivery three times by Amazon and failed to be delivered and Customer Service refuses to refund the missing parcel which Amazon has in their possession in the Edmonton, AB warehouse. It is being reported to my credit card company for this gross incompetence as this is theft of money by Amazon of nearly $60 and failing to deliver a parcel within the promised delivery window. Telling me to wait for an investigation and 10 business days for them to figure out what happened is complete BS. And will be reported accordingly to the credit card company as fraud on the part of Amazon. Customer Service is absolutely useless. Garbage customer service.

Yelp is a scam

Yelp is a scam. I had signed up for advertising within two days I noticed that the dings that I was getting were FAKE The request for hair service from fake customers didn’t live in my area. When I responded no one called my business to confirm. I called yelp to file a complaint about their bogus shit. I had at the same time canceled services with yelp. they talked over me and basically demanded that I pay them for their false advertisement. They continued to harass me and overlooked my complaint. Yelp withdrew 160$ out of my account without authorization on Oct 30. 2024. I want my money back.
