I "very" stupidly added ID theft to my account. Don't do that. It will turn into one of your WORST CS experiences. The ID theft was different from what had explained I needed so I cancelled it. So, what did McAfee do? They cancelled my entire account in which I had more than 1.50 years left on monitoring. While attempting to get the original up and running, the CS Rep put me on hold over and over. Finally, they said it would be reconnected within 2 days. That is just another run around! And, their.software does not function well anyway. To all considering doing business with this company; don't! Save yourself money, aggravation and a "BIG" run around!
