I’d say that 1 star is too generous, but 0 isn’t an option. This website is an absolute scam. They will cancel reservations without telling you. They will all of a sudden demand hundreds more dollars for reservations that have been in place for months. There are many many other options out there to book travel. AVOID this one like the plague.

Was solicited in a Target store to upgrade my phone. Was told that Pixel would be equal trade, and that my plan would not change. I read the website before I submitted my phone for value evaluation, but somewhere in the paperwork fine print,very fine print...regardless of the value of your phone you will be locked into a new 36 month contract. You can't get your phone back, owe no. You donate that to AT&T. But if I move to another carrier I owe AT&T $555.46. Scam(maybe, I definely feel like I've been scammed)?? Deceptive...DEFINITELY!

The onboarding team (lady I worked) was utterly brilliant, understanding of my problems with working with numbers, imput methodoligies for new apps etc, explaining and above all clearly demonstrating how it all worked has made me a very happy person. I’ve always wanted to work at the Met Office, because it must be the only job where it doesn’t matter how bad you are. No other business gets it so wrong.I’ve looked at the Met Office website, 90% chance of heavy rain all day. Then I’ve looked out of my window, it’s sunny with clear blue skies. Does the Met Office building not have windows?And when the Met Office gets the forecast wrong (yet again), like George Orwell’s novel 1984 they just rewrite what they said. I would prefer if the Met Office was honest and just admitted they don’t know.

After purchasing McAfee for our family, we had a lot of headaches (I'll save you the details!) which came down to McAfee changing our default from Google Chrome to Yahoo. Although I changed this back to Google and deleted Yahoo as an option, this keeps happening - constantly! It is simply not worth any money saved and I will not purchase McAfee again.

If I could give this 0 starts I would. My Oyster card got taken today by a TfL officer and they said they would send it back within 5-6 working days if I called back later on in the day. They then changed their original statement to “you need to pay £10 for a replacement”. This is outrageous. I am a student so I get discounted travel and now I can’t do that until I get a new card. Absolute disgrace !!!

Insulted by American express American express personally insulted me by cutting my credit card limit randomly, I'm not quite sure why as financially I'm doing better than ever and have paid my full balance every month for the 4 years I've been with them.Upon speaking to them it was because I used the card slightly more last month and paid it off. Very strange to see a credit card company cut a limit due to a card being used and paid off (which was still nowhere near the limit) but it has undermined by confidence with American express and I wouldn't recommend using them.Use a Mastercard or Visa Credit card instead.
