Was solicited in a Target store to upgrade my phone. Was told that Pixel would be equal trade, and that my plan would not change. I read the website before I submitted my phone for value evaluation, but somewhere in the paperwork fine print,very fine print...regardless of the value of your phone you will be locked into a new 36 month contract. You can't get your phone back, owe no. You donate that to AT&T. But if I move to another carrier I owe AT&T $555.46. Scam(maybe, I definely feel like I've been scammed)?? Deceptive...DEFINITELY!
