Insulted by American express American express personally insulted me by cutting my credit card limit randomly, I'm not quite sure why as financially I'm doing better than ever and have paid my full balance every month for the 4 years I've been with them.Upon speaking to them it was because I used the card slightly more last month and paid it off. Very strange to see a credit card company cut a limit due to a card being used and paid off (which was still nowhere near the limit) but it has undermined by confidence with American express and I wouldn't recommend using them.Use a Mastercard or Visa Credit card instead.
