If I could give this 0 starts I would. My Oyster card got taken today by a TfL officer and they said they would send it back within 5-6 working days if I called back later on in the day. They then changed their original statement to “you need to pay £10 for a replacement”. This is outrageous. I am a student so I get discounted travel and now I can’t do that until I get a new card. Absolute disgrace !!!
