I got 2 mails from a weirdo which where not classic spam, though. Outlook saw the potention threat to my mood and decided to throw them straight into my spam folder. I appreciate that the AI is beginning to get to know me better and sorts out the annoying demands from people in my closer surrounding! Thanks Outlook, 6/5 stars!!!!!

They have no way of answering questions online or though the telephone. No one has any speaking skills. Super long wait times and they drop your calls . If u can avoid them please do. My brother in laws flight was a joke. Charged him twice for baggage and harassed him for cash to change planes. Who does this. Super ghetto

I ordered a Redmi Note 9S on 20th and delivered by DHL express from France (to UK) on 22nd! Amazing service, very easy to order and had tracking info etc when it had left as well. Phone arrived and is amazing and for the price it has the lot. It even came with a case and screen protector.

Bought a product from them they took my money and they did not send me the item after 10 days I called and they said they will find out the next day about it. The next day cancel the order and still waiting for my refund. Avoid this company. Be warned they only offer 1 year warranty for 300£ watch so they are not confident in their own products.

Freshbooks is the most user-friendly, time-saving, software I ever used. it simplified my billing process, my time tracking, and my taxes. I can more quickly see trends, follow up with clients, and monitor my business. Can't say enough positive things

I was on website and looked at tickets for a movie. I was about to purchase when the screen went blank. When I was able to get on website it appeared that my purchase of tickets did not go through. I checked my email with no confirmation and purchase history on there website. No record of transaction. The next day I notice charge on bank account. Lowe and behold I had an email in key spam account. Amazingly the purchased showed up. Since I did not cancel my tickets before the movie the refused to refund tickets. Completely fraudulent activity. Customer service was terrible. I would suggest you avoid this company. Very poor business model!

They are total scammers, these guys will ALWAYS register your company data wrongly and then ask you to pay them to fix the issue. This is their business plan. They will mess up the numbers or register the name incorrectly just so you can pay them. I don't understand why Google or Apple is still accepting their data as trusty. It's a SCAM

I received an email in September after responding to an email i received from the company's help desk. They explained for all the people who have done the beverage study it takes 6-8 weeks until you will receive the $35 Visa gift card. So this pleased me tremendously! I will wait and see.

There needs to be a zero star rating. It is obviously Telstra's tactic to hide their incompetence by driving their customers up the wall by asking the same things over and over and over and over again instead of actually solving the problem! If you are lucky enough to speak to someone you can actually understand, they just ask you the same things the previous 3 people asked of you, proving over and over again that there is ZERO network coverage in many metro areas (this is the second address in Queensland without coverage). And that is the tactic until you just give up. Worst customer service I have experienced EVER!
