I have used this app for a long time due to having it as a free perk of an orange contract. Due to having my own personal library on it I haven't been bothered to switch but I have finally had enough. This app is the most irritating thing on my phone. More often than not I open it and it closes again or glitches or freezes. When I finally gain access I select a song and a different song plays!! I am so done with Deezer I am finally switching to Spotify, not only do they have student discount but the app is fully functioning- I don't care if I have to reform my entire music library.

I tested the free service of AWS, MS Azure and Google Cloud. I must say AWS is the best one: the tiny free server instance is perfectly usable, decently fast and quite easy to configure and run.Anyway, two things disappointed me:1 - opaque costs: you cannot really understand what is free and what is not, and what will cost each additional service and function, without reading huge papers full of hardly understandable options and configurations. You just discover the cost when you are billed, at the end of the month.2 - when I decided to buy a yearly subscription, I was not able doing it. According to EU laws, nobody can take money from your account without asking for a 2 phase authorization, which must be completed by few minutes from the moment of the request. Amazon was not able to satisfy this procedure, requiring me to just transmit my credit card number. Successive attempts to access to my bank account were rejected by the bank; Amazon customer service told me that it was a bank fault, my bank that it was Amazon fault, because they were not following EU procedures.... after spending some days at the phone with both customer services, which were accusing each other, I decided to give up.

Received an email out of the blue to say the app will no longer be supported from January 2025. No information on the website so had to ring support to be told a new product is launching in January 2025 but marketing hadn't given the call centre any information. The person on the phone sent over an email link about QuickBooks Solopreneur. So now I have to read and digest this - work it all out and how it's going to impact me. I'm so busy with the Christmas rush and self assessment deadlines. This is a really, really, bad way to launch a new product that will directly effect your customers at the busiest tine of the year with the tax deadlines on the horizon too. Plus the fact it very much looks like it being poorly communicated and managed leaving me think this will be a total disaster when it launches in just a few weeks. I am so dismayed by the poor vision and delivery of this and its timing that I think I will be looking at moving my accounting software to a competitor.

I have had so many issues with the apps. I've been paying every month for the past year but the apps just aren't installing or working. I am trying to get help via the helpline and have been transferred of 6 times to different virtual assistances who all ask me the same questions and then move me on. I am deeply dissapointed. Will probably just cancel my subscription but judging by the other reviews, that won't be easy either...Grrr.

We have been with Plusnet for approximately 9 years now and in that time we have had very few problems. However whenever a problem occurs, the staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. If it's a fault on the Open Reach side of the equipment, Open Reach are very quickly arranged at a convenient time and date. Which is usually no longer than a day or two away. Another great point is that you actually speak to a call centre in the UK !Brilliant service I can't recommend highly enough. Unlike some of the providers I have used in the past.

This App needs to be redesigned. Hopeless on an iPad mini as all too small even on maximum font. On both large and mini iPads the autocorrect is maddening and it all hops around all over the place. Neither can both of us use the Quick Crossword at the same time.It all worked fine before the App designers fiddled with it. I am shocked that there has been no comment from the Telegraph considering so many complaints on Trustpilot

I actually got to talk to someone and resolved all my problems in a short period of time. I was totally lost and ready to give up with domains and stuff, but Domain.com staff helped me out and were fantastic. I'm so happy now : )
