😠I booked a hotel and paid in advance through hotels.com. The hotel then goes out of business so there is no room. Hotels.com will not refund my money because they said they cannot contact the hotel. Everytime I ask for a refund they state they need permission from the hotel. This makes no sense because the refund is from hotels.com and the hotel is out of business. Do not book any hotel through them ever.

I have been studying Italian 14 months and have just returned from Italy. I am somewhat disappointed in the results. The traing is not oriented to traveling as much as it should be Learning horse, cow, bird repeated over and over again doesn’t help me in Rome. I was diamond 1st place multiple month earning points but also doing the lessons and listening. I plan to keep doing Duolingo but using Babble as my primary tool for the rest of the year to beable to compare.

This whole company is a fraud and needs to be investigated. I have attempted to place numerous orders for the same towels using my 75 dollars in rewards from the original Bed Bath and Beyond. Each time it's canceled. I spoke to a dumb supervisor and was told this is because the system flagged my order. Long story short this jerk refused to override or correct the error. He told me it's not my right to use my reward bucks and I need to find another store to shop at.

I bought a new printer and 6 pages later it won’t connect to the WiFi or even stay on. It’s been a week of continuous tests and bs I’m told to perform by “tech support “ my wife spent 2 hours on the phone doing everything they said to do and still didn’t get the printer to work. I’ve been asking for a refund or another printer that actually works but they won’t accept. I was talking to Shrivatsa a hp rep and all he/she can do is keep asking questions at this point t I’ve done everything there is to do with this printer. I bought the desk jet 4255e and it’s thrash!!!

I purchased a pair of bamboo blend sheets from this place. Looked all over the internet to find out what other fiber was used since "blend" implies there was something besides bamboo fiber but wasn't able to find an answer. It turned out those do NOT breathe at all so I suspect the other fiber is polyester. After 2 sleepless nights I decided to return them but was told Sorry we do not accept returns. So now I have a pair of $ 50 sheets that I cannot use. Will never buy anything from them again.

Macy’s flat-out lies to their customers. I ordered two items and paid for express shipping. When the order didn’t ship when it was supposed to, I contacted customer service and was assured that the order would make it to me by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. It’s Thursday. Macy’s is saying that my order will be delivered today. I called UPS. They said they just received the package today and there is no way it will be delivered today. I have called several times regarding the delivery of this order and have been lied to over and over. Now my daughter won’t have her dress (as promised) for her formal tonight!!

I just want my money back Editing my review. box was a little damaged because of the long route. But items were nicely pack Regarding leggings, it was definitely not highsnobiety”s fault but rather merchant ;and their customer service ( Leonardo) went far and beyond to resolve my issue. Definitely will order more! Thank you

1. We had a fan go bad and the tech you hired 3rd party broke a cable on my power button. 2. You sent a lemon button to replace and would not just send another. 3.We tried to send it back. Stayed in communication about the day I went to send it back and was promised it would work only for it to auto cancel anyways. 4. You finally sent a replacement for the lemon part but now some of the lcds are not recognised in windows. 5. Reach out to tech must to miss treats me and hang up on me.6. Next tech says they need some time to work on it after showing me the bios that auto turn off for the part. Says I will get a call back in 2 hours. Call the next day and there is no follow up set at all. Have to start all over with new tech. 7. Send the computer to you, wrong issues are troubleshooted and the system gets sent back in the same state. 8. trouble shoots it all AGAIN get it set up to send back to you again! despite us paying a LARGE amount of money for in-home care. Gets cancelled because the computer "doesn't have this feature". despite my refurbished one having it up to when this all started. 9 ask for a manager to call us and have now been getting automated messages and missed call back since Feb 29, 18 days ago.
