Paid for Adele ticket and was expecting a full refund as the concert was cancelled. But Songkick refused to refund the postage costs because they delivered the ticket. What? They don't want to be £5 out of pocket what about us who spend hundreds on flights and hotels tough luck Songkick you need to take a hit too, or get Adele to reimburse you, or take out insurance.
