I have bought from here just fine before, but I ordered some drumsticks a few days ago and within 3 days of receiving them they had snapped. I had maybe used them for a total of 3 or 4 hours of practice. I requested a refund and they told me there was nothing they could do as they have no warranty and claimed that they appeared heavily used (possibly due to the poor quality of the drum sticks), however comparing these to previous drumstick I had bought from elsewhere where that had lasted weeks and heavily frayed before snapping they were not particularly damaged before. I have had a similar incident with gear4music with poor quality drumsticks and they accepted the issue and gave me a full refund. Bad customer service hence the 1 star.
