Stay Away

Stay Away! I ordered 6 things from depop, which ended up being one of the worst decisions of my life. Only one of them came, which was an extremely nice seller with perfect reviews and quick shipping. For the other 5, not so much. None of them even shipped and I only got a refund for one. Never even consider using this platform even though the prices may seem great

Over the years, I’ve truly enjoyed shopping with ASOS — the convenience, variety, and overall experience always made it my go-to store. That’s why I’m deeply disappointed with how a recent return issue was handled.Due to personal circumstances, I missed the 14-day return registration window by just two days. I genuinely wasn’t aware that the policy had changed from 30 days to 14, and the item I wanted to return is completely unworn and still has its tags attached. I reached out several times, hoping for a one-time exception, store credit, or at least some form of flexibility.Instead, I was met with generic responses repeating policy terms, without any willingness to take context into account. I wasn’t asking for the rules to be ignored — only for a fair and human response in a genuine case.Unfortunately, this has made it clear to me that customer loyalty is no longer valued the way it once was at ASOS. After years of being a loyal customer and frequently recommending ASOS to others, I’ve made the decision not to shop here anymore.It’s disappointing to walk away, but I no longer feel confident supporting a brand that shows so little consideration for long-term customers.

Even breaking up with Xero is expensive - both time and money

As a followup for why I canceled my Xero after almost 10 years with them: they still keep charging my card after i canceled. It's been more than 2 month after I canceled and just got the second chage and invoice from them AFTER I canceled.BTW, I cannot use or access my account since a long time now... but they still keep charging me. Unbelievable that I need to deal with this...Seems that even breaking up is expensive - both $ and moneyLater Edit: Cumbersome to receive 2 more invoices after cancelation. Hopefully it will be the last one. If I may suggest notify the clients that did cancel what to expect as charges from you in the future (besides the "don't leave, come back emails" that you are currently sending. I can understand you'd want to decrease churn, but .... do the right thing for those that did choose to leave. (work out better export options, comms, etc.)

Christmas present order delay and extremely bad costumer service

I've been trying to reach Uniqlo for days through emails. There is no phone number and actually no customer service at all! I placed my order on 07th December, still haven't heard from them and on the website, it says 'PROCESSING', how can that be possible? It looks like I will not get order as Christmas presents on time! Horrible service, terribly bad. I'm sure they lost lots of clients and I am the 1st on the list!

Asking for help.

I've been trying desperately to find a way to get from the Grand Canyon to Reno, NV and or Carson City, NV. I called in the phone number and left a message after hearing that they don't respond to voicemails and they will respond via email. It's been about 3 days. No email yet. None for hope. I'm not happy at all with their customer service.

The best website to find rare records

I'm using discogs since 2004 and I founded many records at a fair price. I'm addicted to discogs and cannot live without it, Their mobile application is really well made, easy to use and cute. They give you an average price based on the history sales of the item and it works, i sold many 12" like that. The only downside is the tax that you need to pay, a little more than ebay.

Windows are an evil company

Latest Windows spying on everyone (Hi, yes I see you.), Microsoft are just generally incredibly evil though. I.e. the way the games industry has been mangled to the point of absurdity by microsoft is atrocious. Its funding of a real-world genocidal entity, the championing of predatory microtransactions, the spying, the terrible software (Teams i.e.) that lack any kind of quality of life.

Royal Fail ruins everything

I returned to ebay after an absence of 12 years due to past bad experiences. I was filled with trepidation, mainly because they use Royal Fail so deliveries are hit and miss.First few orders went well, started gaining confidence in ebay again.Then it happened....the claim my package had been delivered when the pic proved it wasn't my address.Seller expected me to go and retrieve it. I tried but they refused to open the door. Prolly too busy enjoying my stolen order.Seller had lots of excuses why couldn't refund me so ebay had to step in and give me my money. It happened on my birthday too.While I'm grateful I got my money back, I just don't have the confidence to order again.

There are learning principles that I agree with, but lately, they've been stepping up their upselling game and they actually "cheat" to force you to buy their crap. Correct answers will not be accepted, then you'll run out of hearts, run out of time, and you break your streak, and you feel bad about it. Any you know, whoever you are behind Duo Lingo, this has been at least my 5th time giving you a second chance and now I know, YOU'VE run out of hearts. And if you think you've gained something from me anyway because of all the ads, well, I HATE ALL YOUR SPONSORS. Temu, for instance, REALLY LOW TRUST RATING HERE. You seem to belong to the same club! To anyone reading this, DON'T EVEN TRY THIS PIECE OF SHIP.

Awful website, often it is not possible to read the article or see the video or image in question, advertisements are the only focus with over 50% of the page being adverts. Some of these adverts are designed to prey on older people, with these large banner ads directing to a fake McAfee website alongside a pop-up explaining a virus has been downloaded. An absolute joke of a media company.

Install and forget - what's not to like

July 2024 installed 2 lots of 10 licenses on all our devices - our kids even in other countries - installation flawless, no problems, and has worked behind the scenes for everyone ever since. Central management works great but not needed as no problems !Does intercept bad websites, etc. Background updates don't impact using the device.Excellent product, well Engineered. Good value. Highly Recommended.
