I've been trying to reach Uniqlo for days through emails. There is no phone number and actually no customer service at all! I placed my order on 07th December, still haven't heard from them and on the website, it says 'PROCESSING', how can that be possible? It looks like I will not get order as Christmas presents on time! Horrible service, terribly bad. I'm sure they lost lots of clients and I am the 1st on the list!
