Even breaking up with Xero is expensive - both time and money

As a followup for why I canceled my Xero after almost 10 years with them: they still keep charging my card after i canceled. It's been more than 2 month after I canceled and just got the second chage and invoice from them AFTER I canceled.BTW, I cannot use or access my account since a long time now... but they still keep charging me. Unbelievable that I need to deal with this...Seems that even breaking up is expensive - both $ and moneyLater Edit: Cumbersome to receive 2 more invoices after cancelation. Hopefully it will be the last one. If I may suggest notify the clients that did cancel what to expect as charges from you in the future (besides the "don't leave, come back emails" that you are currently sending. I can understand you'd want to decrease churn, but .... do the right thing for those that did choose to leave. (work out better export options, comms, etc.)
