I cannot understand why there are comments on here about the BBC being left leaning. I find the news coverage informative, reliable and very balanced. If reviewers were to listen to news programmes on Radio 4 there is always a balanced perspective encouraged by the presenter. The added bonus with the BBC is whatever is broadcast it is held to account unlike some of the sometimes dangerous misinformation available.

I have been a Att customer for years as well as an employee. Att use to be a good company to work for and would always take care of their customers. Today their customer service is horrible. Their policies are horrible. They sent an email stating that you had to change your auto pay in order to keep your discounts I did that and received confirmation that is was done. So in the mean time att is taking away your discounts for 1-2 bill cycles . Thru no fault of mine I did what I was asked to do! Now they are stating that we lose our discounts . For up to 2 bill cycles . Att is such a big company that has not updated their computer systems since the beginning of time . It’s bout time you take all the funds you are taking from people and put it in to your computer systems. What a joke so for the nest 2 months Att will be getting at least an extra $40 plus prorated charges . Guess the CEO’s are lining their pockets. Cause they would not even put a manager on the phone . Guess like they did in the past are hiding from the customer!

I loved Quickbooks from when Intuit was first formed, but alas they have gone the normal way of US-owned Corporates. TAKE CARE to put your precious data into this program as they DO NOT GUARANTEE to give it back to you. I ran a company for 15+ years paying for this software, and they decide to skip online and will not let me get my data back - not even to print it out. I spent 8 hours on their chat system today, with novices telling me less than I already knew. The same way so many companies have become. No chance to speak to someone with ANY authority. And simply COMPUTER SAYS NO. Please be careful here.Addedum after Quickbooks reply. They allow for import from 2009 version onwards, and they have an awful tool for getting reports from 2009 versions onwards. Mine is 2000 and they failed to tell me this in all my calls. I had useful assistance from Mindmybooks, but alas they cannot do it. So the answer below is misinformed and ill-researched. All trying to sound positive, and pushing you to spend more money on their software. I have had no choice to buy the single last CDROM available on eBay to try to import my data, and Quickbooks could not even send me an ISO of an installation disk. How easy would that have been? The lack of knowledge of their history is terrifying. How can a customer understand their old software better than every single support representative that I chatted with? Careless. I reaffirm my statement - TAKE CARE this corporation DOES NOT.

trying to get a refund on an item you never received is a long long process. months infact. pospone is what they do . closed my account. could not take the runaround.I am adding reply from Ali express. they want the order number. l did write that l closed my acc't. so getting the order # is not possible. Also it was "customer service" that gave me the runaround. the order was from March and they said they would revisit the refund again in July. That is crazy. No other company is that bad. ....... Ali express just got back to me and said oh we can't help . March 3 2025 was the order date and the amount was only $2.50. wow that amount must be difficult for them . Glad it was not a large amount. BEWARE out there

Same as the other reviews. WSJ makes it nearly impossible to cancel your subscription. I spent an hour on the phone before the call was dropped. Finally, I did what other reviewers mentioned and changed the address on my card to a random one in California. After changing my address and refreshing the page, I was able to cancel my membership online. Do not use this company and their scammy practices. This is just ridiculous and should be illegal. Good riddance WSJ. -Another angry customer.

We signed a 12-months contract. However, the salesforce-certified partner couldn't implement the solution.The salesforce team was not helpful at all. Salesforce wasted 6 months of our time without being able to deliver any value.The Salesforce team suggested that we sign a second contract that overlaps the first contract to access the same product.I have not seen or heard of a less customer-centric and less professional service.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE: I reported a fault online with my washing machine late on Christmas Eve. On. Christmas Day I received a telephone call asking about the problem. At 6pm on Boxing Day the engineer phoned confirming a next day attendance. At 8.50am on the 27th December the engineer arrived and by 9.30am the washing machine had been repaired. You can't beat this service and WELL DONE LG
