Is it me or is anyone else's newsfeed full of absolutely rubbish suggested pages? I've just counted and 17 out of 19 posts are absolutely irrelevant spam and all other posts are days/weeks old. Think I'm going to have to give FB up for a while as it's absolute tripe at the moment, doesn't matter how many times I click show less or how many times I click hide etc it's just beyond a joke now.

After creating an account on Facebook, I was dismayed to find that it was blocked almost immediately. My attempt to share a link to a GoFundMe campaign seemed innocuous enough, but Facebook's stringent verification process turned into a frustrating ordeal. Without any clear explanation, my account was disabled, and I was left wondering what I had done wrong. To add insult to injury, the platform demanded that I submit a 3D scan of my face for verification—a request that felt like a violation of my privacy and personal space. The experience highlighted a troubling trend in Facebook's approach to user security and privacy. It has become increasingly concerning how the platform tracks its users, often under the guise of verification and safety. While they prioritize the protection of their ecosystem, it seems legitimate users like myself are often unfairly targeted and blocked. Meanwhile, the platform remains riddled with users and groups who exploit its systems to steal identities and financial information, yet these malicious accounts seem to go unchecked. It raises a stark question: how can a site that fails to protect its users from real threats justify blocking honest individuals simply trying to connect and share?

USE WITH CAUTION! Within seconds of creating an account and posting my first items for sale, I was contacted by multiple 'customers' saying they couldn't purchase my items unless I added my email to my profile bio. Then moments later I got messages saying my items item had been purchased and to follow a link to verify my new account. The link lead to what looked like a Depop website, showing my item for sale, but it was a sam site. It wanted me to by provide my CARD (not bank) details to get get my payment (lol). Tired to contact customer services urgently but couldn't find a way to do this. Had to send them a message in the end, but 24 hours on and I've not had a response. Closing my account and steering well clear of this site, it's infested with scammers.

Google Ads is just terrible. Their customer service is less than poor and they outsource overseas and likely pay almost nothing to the reps, cause it shows. This whole thing is a huge sham, with no real regard to helping their customers. My ads have not run for literally two weeks because they just keep telling me “just wait 24 hours”.

Yesterday I called to complain that the office of Life Storage on Laurens Rd. in Greenville, SC, is never open and that I feel vulnerable going into a huge, empty facility with no control over who may come in after me. I was told by the person I called that "we can run our business any way we want" (that's a quote). The office hours are permanently visible on the door (weekdays from 9:30-6:00). She said that there's another paper "on the door" (it actually was on the window beside the door and had a lot of other writing on it) that said they would only be open from 9:30-12:30 this week. She added that it would be that way next week also and why should someone just sit there when nothing's happening. I have paid a ton of money to this place and there is zero concern about my safety complaint--a view that's shared by others I've talked to. Of course, once your things are there, they know you're trapped and there's no need to live up to their part of the bargain. If I could give less than a one star, I would.

Should be 4 stars but 5 is well deserved. I’ve been pretty happy and understand the back order of a book. Sometimes things are beyond our control — still waiting for one more book since the holidays. Yes, I’d order again. Thank you for all that you do via online. The online service is much more ‘serviceable’ versus in person and you honor all coupons, memberships and all. Our local BN does not honor online discounts offered to me via your online service. Thank you once again.
Review of ancestry
The DNA results was a waste of time, nothing that related to immediate family. Some rubbish about traits and most of the DNA match was only 1% which we can all have. Ancestry itself is a waste of money, you can find people but nothing else relating to them, its just a general overview based on general information on that name and area they were born. familysearch.org gives the same information for free.
