THEY ARE THIEVES - HORRIBLE SERVICE

Thieves, this company is the worst, they hold your money hostage, then charge you bogus fee, treat you like you are a criminal and then transfer you and never return the call. It has been almost two months and a total a total of almost 8 hours, and they still have my money and won't release it. This hurts a small business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM NT WORTH THE HEADACHE.

Ok so Wednesday I flew with Delta airlines being at the terminal I tried to ask for assistance from the representative that was there he ignored completely, than I fell asleep to be woken up by the same representative that I had tried to ask for help rudely screaming at me if I was flying or not I looked around me I was the only one left in the seating area I ran to the tunnel he than proceeds to tell me my luggage can’t go on the plane with me so ok I tell him take it then he yells at me that’s 30 dollars I tell him that they always take the luggage before boarding from you at my charge he tells me DO I WANNA FLY OR NOT I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY LUGGAGE SO I ONLY HAVE A 50 DOLLAR BILL I HAND TO HIM HE GOES GETS THE TAG FOR THE LUGGAGE I RUN TO THE PLANE NOT REALIZING THAT HE NEVER GAVE ME MY CHANGE AT ALL I GET JFK I TALK TO A REPRESENTATIVE ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY DO ASK THAT IF YOU HAVE A LUGGAGE YOU LEAVE IT WITH THEM THEY TAG IT FOR FREE THEY DONT CHARGE YOU AT ALL SECOND THEY NEVER ASK FOR MONEY AT THE COUNTER SO IN ORHER WORDS HE FREAKING ROBBED ME OUT MY 50 DOLLARS THAN I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH SO MANY REPRESENTATIVES FROM DELTA ONLY TO GET THE ROUND AROUND I HAVE SENT EMAILS TO NO AVAIL WHAT SO EVER OVER 6 PHONE CALLS 3 1/2HRS ON HOLD FOR NOTHING CAUSE APPARENTLY DELTA DOESNT CARE AT ALL WHAT HAPPENS TO ANY OF ITS PASSENGERS I CAME TO SPEND TIME WITH MY DAUGHTER FOR HER SPECIAL DAY ONLY TO BE COUNTLESS OF HRS ON HOLD FOR NOTHING I THOUGHT SPIRIT AIRLINES WAS BAD DELTA IS COMING ON TOP NOW I AM SO FURIOUS NOT ONLY FOR THE LOSS OF THE MONEY BUT BECAUSE I WASTED PRECIOUS MOMENTS IN THE DAMN PHONE WHEN I SHOULDVE BEEN ENJOYING THE MOMENTS

I signed up for three Zoom Phone accounts, expecting reliable and high-quality service. During the setup, I provided all the necessary information to your support team to ensure a smooth transition. Unfortunately, the support team was unable to manage the setup process effectively. Despite multiple attempts and detailed instructions, the issues remained unresolved.Due to the inefficiencies in the service, there was a significant negative impact on my business. The phone numbers were changed without proper notification or coordination, causing confusion and inconvenience for my clients. As a result, I lost between 20 to 22 legitimate customers. This not only affected my business operations but also damaged the trust and relationships I had built with my clients.Due to the lack of reliable service, ineffective support, and the significant negative impact on my business, I can no longer trust or continue using Zoom Phone. I request a review of my case and appropriate action to address these issues, including a refund of the fees paid.

Scammed by Yelp

Yelp is a total scam, operator cold calls me. Pushes me into setting up a skeleton page, asked for credit card. Shouldn’t have given it to him. But promised I wouldn’t be billed for a few months till activity. Got a $184.00 bill within two weeks. No activity, I’m a small wood shop. That’s a lot of money for nothing. Talked to them, they won’t return money, I was totally scammed.

Faulty controllers, no customer service

After a recent purchase I received a N64 controller for the switch. It arrived with a faulty battery. It took over 6months to resolve. The customer service is shocking. I kept getting passed from pillar to post. I'd email and wouldn't get a reply would use the chat function on their site and they'd tell me to email. This is the second time in a short space of time I have had faulty equipment from them after having a pro controller for a short period of time where the battery also failed on it.

Manning is a riddle

Manning is a riddle. The book end of things in terms of editors and authors is great, but the product end is thoughtless / buggy garbage. Examples:- Bought a physical book, but the website doesn't tell me if it is shipped. No tracking too- Bought a LiveBook only to find the syntax formatting is garbage. It's not hard, but they've apparently chosen to hand roll something that does stupid stuff like highlighting the word "is" in a string constant. Also adds whitespaces and indents where it shouldn't.- Bought audio with a LiveBook, only to find out the hover over to get to a play button doesn't work most of the time. Depends on the paragraph- If you don't like a book format, guess what, full price to get another format. e.g. to get a pdf version when you have a LiveBookSo in summary, I love the content but absolutely hate the product end. The developers / product folks at Manning need to up their game.

They stole my money

I had a giftcard for dell. When I went to spent it I never actually received my item. When I emailed customer service, they would tell me to contact technical service. When I contacted technical service, they deleted my order completely, did not refund my money and never actually responded to my email. They stole 50 usd from me.

It’s a shame that there are so many bad reviews from people who don’t know how to use Cloudflare.Cloudflare is an exceptional service that costs very little for the service they offer. The CDN & DDoS service is outstanding and in 2022 is almost like a suicide to have a website without using Cloudflare.

Unbelievable

I went into Ulta to buy a specific item that my cousin wanted for Christmas. Found out the item was $6 less on the online site. Asked if the store would price match, after all it wasn't even a competitor. They said no and that I could purchase the item at the sale price online and order it to be picked up in the store. The woman said they could have it ready to pick up in 45 minutes. Keep in mind, it is the same item I am literally holding! Umm, no. What a ridiculous process. Will not be shopping there again.

Netgear Nighthawk 6. Absolutely useless. Had a range of barely to the walls of the room it was positioned in. When it is supposed to be a vital part of ones business infrastructure and Telstra thinks I am only complaining because I want to get out of the deal, then what hope is there!!
