GoPro charged me twice ( 24,99 Euros + 49,99 Euros ). After complain, only returned 49,99 Euros and cancelled the subscription! So I paid for a service ( 24,99 Euros ) that I do not have! The worst customer service and company I ever saw! And the Go Pro is not so good, there are other Action Camaras, much better! Even my Mobile with a protection take better photos and videos under water or in action, when compared with GoPro. Now, I just wanted my money back, it is a nightmare company!

Course Slides Not Available!I've found the online learning format to be effective, however as a learner I'd would have liked if all slides presented in the videos were available for the learner to print out. This at least gives us a framework to follow during lectures and allows one to make notes on it. Having slides would be useful for reference in the future.

This company has no problem using blatantly dishonest advertising. Their site offers "Free Download" but once you create an account the images then show they are fee based. Absolutely Bait-and-Switch tactics. Within minutes of giving them my personal contact information, and finding out that the images I wanted are not available for free download, I'm already getting hammered with emails from them.

New process - have to go on line and print return label - charge is £2.95 PER ITEM to be returned so at least a 10% charge if you get the size wrong (and their sizes are very hard to judge)Used to be good but this new process is just a consumer rip off - AVOID

After ordering multiple items online, I decided to return a single one worth £35. I used their Evri service as I did for other retailers. A few days pass and I get delivered an UNIQLO bag, inside some H&M women pants and a letter stating that I returned an item from a different retailer. I raised the issue with customer service, which led an investigation with the warehouse.Of course the warehouse confirmed that indeed I sent back the wrong item, case closed. Lost £34 and figuratively called a liar. Shameful thieving tactics for a multinational retailer.

I bought a PS5 and dualsense Charging Station for a Christmas present. Opened the box today to set up everything up to see the Charging station is faulty. It has a pin missing from the back docking station. Finally managed to get onto a chat with someone to be told I’m out of my 30 days refund/ replacement policy so they can’t do anything. I said the item is faulty and should be replaced, I got told they can’t do anything. So what they are saying I needed to open everything set it up to see if there are any faults then package it up again to wrap and put under my tree… how ridiculous! How about PlayStation you have better quality control so you don’t send out faulty equipment.So I demanded a UK working phone number to talk to someone as this is right. I’m currently sat on hold waiting which is currently showing 1 hour!!I bought this stuff directly from PlayStation thinking that if there was any problems it would be easier to deal with them.. oh how wrong am I. I wish I had read all these reviews on here first before buying as I would have purchased it from another retailer. My advice is stay clear and buy anything PlayStation related items from physical stores like smyths. Because at least they have decent customer service support.

Dreamhost has been awesome. I have been a VPS customer for 12+ years now. First and foremost - they have excellent customer support. You can always get an issue resolved same day and often within minutes via chat. I think their support is 24/7 too. What I pay in hosting I would pay just for their supportAnd on that pricing is very reasonable. Performance and uptime has been very good. I host multiple small clients on one VPS. They make the extras easy. Setting up databases, SSL certificates, etc. Email is something they have really improved too. It did need some work and they invested in it and now it's pretty impressive.Can't recommend them enough. Have had clients on other hosting companies and I always end up moving them to Dreamhost - often at my expense because it is just so much better than a lot of the other companies I have experienced.

Sadly, Verizon FIOS, a great ISP, farmed out its email component to AOL. I use Outlook, Yahoo, and Yandex. NONE of those services rack up the amount of spam the way AOL does. If I get 5 spam emails a year with those other services it's a lot. With AOL...I rack up at least 25-40 spam emails A DAY. That's just insane. Yes, they go to my spam folder, but it seems as if AOL actually encourages spam, whereas all of the other online services block spam. If I didn't need AOL to get my Verizon FIOS bills, etc., I'd dump it in a New York minute.

This website is scam is fake false advertisement PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS HOTELS.COM They don’t care about their customers So tell everyone else don’t get scammed by this robbers I will fight and I will be going to their office till I get my full money back I’m not gonna let go because they scammed so many people with fake false advertisement This my story I booked the hotel in website hotels.com I look very good room when I go to hotel is nothing like pictures heating not working in room cold all night hazards wood broken carpet missing pieces no toilet no shower in the room I had to walk out of the room to go toilet and to have shower but is very cold and also sharing with other hotel users is not hotel is sharing accommodation they asked me for £15 because the hotels.com didn’t charge me I paid that I go to the room what to see unbelievable I contacted the hotels.com they said can’t help me I should of contacted them before using the room on Saturday 4pm on holiday they want me to deal with this issue I asked hotels.com to remove this hotel the crown from their website because is scamming your customers they not doing that which means they want their customers to get scammed from false advertising I got pictures of the worst nightmare hotel So please if anyone can help me to solve this problem all I want that hotel to be removed from hotels.com I’m not doing this for my self but I want other hard working people not to be in this situation and to be scammed The hotels.com said we give you £25 vouchers to be used in their website I refused because I don’t want to get scammed again just because I have to use this £25 voucher
