Absolutely appalling support. Both my personal, and business account was hacked, and I changed my password, but the hackers managed to enable 2fa on both accounts, so I can’t access either of them. I’ve contacted X support team about this, and both times dismissed me and told me that I’m wrong and that I can login??? Then I emailed back, and both times never got an email back. This was nearly a month ago, still no reply. I am extremely annoyed about this situation, as X support is genuinely terrible. If you’re looking for a platform that will help you recover hacked accounts, this isn’t the one for you.
