I had a reply from Telstra ,advising me to get on their app ,which I tried to do ,to no avail,I just have to live with no NBN now ,which means no security cameras,which means at almost 60 yrs I'm sleeping with a knife under my pillow ,thankyou Telstra for not caring ,I am in constant fear now and all Telstra had to do is give me NBN ,which appears to be toooo difficult for the biggest telcos in Australia ,Telstra thanks for nothing ,and Catherine mosawell be a robot
