I wanted to share mSamsung Has the Worst Customer Service – Stay Away and Go to Apple iPhoney incred

I wanted to share my incredibly frustrating experience with Samsung’s customer service for my Galaxy S23 Ultra. If you’re considering a Samsung phone and expect a premium experience, you might want to reconsider.Let me start by saying that I’ve always been an Apple user. I owned the iPhone 13 Pro and never had a single issue with the device or Apple’s customer service. A friend of mine convinced me to give Samsung a try, lured by the supposed “cutting-edge features” and gimmicks of the Galaxy S23 Ultra. After seeing all the marketing hype, I sold my iPhone 13 Pro and bought the S23 Ultra. I deeply regret that decision. It all started when I noticed a rattling noise coming from the phone’s camera module. Concerned, I reached out to Samsung. Instead of taking my issue seriously, their representatives were dismissive and blunt, insisting the noise was “normal” due to the camera’s Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). While this might technically be true, their response was rushed and condescending, making it clear they had no interest in addressing my concern.I insisted on sending the phone in for inspection, hoping to resolve the issue. When I got the device back, not only was the rattling still there, but it also came back scratched. My phone was in pristine condition when I sent it in, and now it had noticeable damage. Naturally, I contacted Samsung again to report the issue. To my shock, they outright denied any responsibility for the scratches, claiming the phone left their service center in perfect condition. This complete lack of accountability left me furious. This experience has been a stark reminder of why customer service matters so much when choosing a brand. Samsung markets their devices as cutting-edge, filled with flashy features, but what good are those features if the company doesn’t stand behind its products? Companies like Apple may not always have the most advanced specs, but their commitment to customer satisfaction sets them apart. They value their customers’ trust and make sure the experience matches the premium price tag.If you’re considering buying a Samsung phone, I urge you to think twice. Don’t fall for the gimmicks and marketing hype. A phone isn’t just about hardware specs—it’s about the whole package, including customer service. Samsung has shown me they care more about selling devices than supporting their customers when things go wrong. As for me, I’m now waiting for a deal to switch back to the iPhone. I’ve never had issues with Apple devices or their customer service before, and this experience has made me appreciate the reliability and care Apple offers. I regret ever leaving the Apple ecosystem, and I won’t make that mistake again.I hope my story helps others avoid the trap I fell into. If you’ve had similar experiences or have advice on dealing with Samsung, feel free to share. Let’s hold brands accountable for the way they treat their customers.

Review of parallels

My experience with Parallels

My main computer was a PC but a few years ago, I purchase a MacBook Pro because of it's size and many of it's features but being a senior citizen, my learning curve was not what I thought so I decided to see if I could install some Microsoft programs but realized I needed some software to help me accomplish that. I tried a few options and when I read about Parallels I decided to buy the program and it did exactly what I wanted. I now have all the Microsoft compatible programs on my Mac and with Parallels they work perfect. My PC is a bit of a powerhouse machine but with the latest version of Parallels I think my little Mac works as good as the PC.I would recommend Parallels to anyone in the same boat and my only peeve is that unlike Apple, Parallels charges a hefty fee for upgrades but I have been upgrading anyway because each upgrade is definitely better than the last.

An AI run company

An AI run company. No one is reading or answering these reviews; just a good way to vent and discourage others from being scammed. Unfortunately, good people on both sides, the looking and the offering, some not computer literate, are truly shut out except for pages and pages of the 'help center.' They demand an upgrade subscription after only a couple of visits, especially if you are trying to connect with someone. Their phone number is 737 202 3114 but you will get only a non-musical hold with screeching whistle sounds.

I have been a customer with Wayfair for the last 10 years. Honestly, I've had great experiences. I do wish that I have a better way to measure the furniture that I purchase because they show up too small than I imagined, but other than that customer service has been great. They have sent me replacement parts, screws, and even partial refunds. I don't really have any complaints.

Review of kde

Aesthetically pleasant, but unnecessarily visually inconsistent.

This is a review of the Desktop Environment. It's constantly improving in most regards, although the introduction of the inferior portal interfaces for common functions in KDE software outside of Flatpak packages has been problematic.Additionally, Kirigami, whilst in beta stage at best, is being used for more software without the lack of animations and context menu inconsistency being remediated first.Despite this, KDE's software is some of the most advanced that a regular user is able to use. This is due to their sensible mantra of “Basic by default, [but] advanced when necessary.” KWrite versus Kate versus KDevelop are brilliant examples of this, as is Dolphin.

Review of asos

NO CUSTOMER CARE AT ALL

Ordered a couple of lipsticks and lip gloss on next day delivery. Expected delivery Thursday 19th by Evri. No delivery on the 19th 20th 21st. So I contacted ASOS ( damn them bots) expected to be delivered soon. Please wait. Contacted them again on the 22nd. Same reply. On the 23rd I was at home all day and received an email from evri saying its been delivered 10 mins prior. Oh no it hadn't. Checked ring bell and CCTV and no delivery. I contacted evri and complained. The response...sorry to hear this, we will look into it. 2 days later, evri reply again...sorry we have told the relevant manager who will speak to the driver to ensure this doesn't happen again. Go back to asos and tell them. It's almost impossible to " talk" to anyone at asos as the bots just say...its been delivered! No it hasn't Susan, I've been a good customer of yours for absolutely years and years, spent a small fortune with you. Something goes wrong and you can't even reply to my emails. Not a high value parcel, but this has got my back up to think ASOS don't care, evri don't care and I've lost my money. Very poor customer care, I will never spend another penny with you
