It is a shame that most people have time to complain but never time to give a compliment.So I thought I would.I recently stopped at my local Chase Bank. ( Rose Hill Shopping Center,Thornwood,NY) In today's world of self-service ATM machines I rarely have a need to go inside.On Wednesday the 27th I did.I was instantly greeted by Crystal, She was Polite,Professional and completed my transaction in a brief minute. It was a very comfortable and pleasant experience start to finish ! Kudos !

My account was wrongfully suspended for apparently trying to sell other players mods, even after trying to explain that i was telling my friend about items in a game called 'warframe', I was a customer with xbox for over 7 years, and i'm extremely dissapointed.

On October 24, 2021, approximately 10:45 PM pacific time, I was playing Fallout 76. I was a few atoms (the in-game currency) to purchase a vault entrance bundle with a missile silo, computer room, and 2 other underground additions. I went from the Fallout 76 game menu to the atom store to purchase the atoms I needed for the bundle. There were 2000+400 bonus atoms on sale for $17.49. My credit card was already in the Xbox from previous purchases. I selected the 2000+400 bonus atom bundle and clicked "Purchase". I got the error "Oops, something went wrong. We cannot complete your transaction. Please try again. Error ______". I tried 3 more times, and still got the error. I went back to the game, and saw I had 12,000 atoms in my account balance. I immediately went on my bank website, and I was charged 4 times for the atom packs. I immediately contacted live chat and explained what happened, and gave them the error code. I was told the money would be refunded. Next day I check the status of my refund, and every one had been denied with the reason "You have reached the maximum amount of yearly Xbox store refunds". Seriously? In 14 years I have never asked for a refund for anything from Xbox. My crefit card fraud line kept hanging up (bad connection? Overseas?), but my bank called to notify me of duplicate charges. Basically, I sat on the computer for 3 days on chat trying to get my money back. After 3 days, I was actually put through to a real human being. She was very understanding and admitted the Xbox store was having problems. I got 2 refunds the next day, and the others today. I had left some very bad reviews on another website because Xbox initially refused to acknowledge my problem and refused the refund, but the finally did right and issued my refund. But from now on, no more card numbers in my Xbox. Pre-Paid cards only from now on. But to Xbox's credit, they did finally resolve the problem, albeit after 3 days of typing on the computer! My suggestion is Xbox needs a dedicated phone number with an actual human. My experience with Xbox online chat was 90% of the time, it was a bot on the other end just giving links to common Xbox problems. Thank you Xbox for resolving my issue!

What the hell have you changed this postage system? Its not great and previously used to be able to take it to the Post Office and pay over the counter and get your receipt. Now you have to buy a label from Ebay and ofcourse if they are in Ireland then postage costs even more - WHY??? Then the money come off your balance. Very unhappy with Ebay at the moment so get it sorted Ebay

DoorDash exists to deliver products ordered and paid for by the customer and they can’t manage to do that properly. The delivery was missing an item from our order and they were not remotely interested in resolving the matter. Customer service staff were rude and unhelpful. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Rude customer service, absolutely non existent. Spoke to a lady via the chat a few days ago, rushed me and said she have escalated the issue! To wait 2-3 days! Didn’t tell me I had to provide pictures so thrown the food. Today, chased for a response, to be told nothing can be done, without a picture. They end conversation before you can get a chance to reply! What happened to Doordash?! They were amazing!!! But went downhill. Been a member for years. I’ll stick to other companies like Ubereats, Menulog, ANYTHING BUT DOORDASH. Next time just report them & dispute through your bank! Don’t waste your time with them

Horrible company to deal with. Twice now my order has been half missing and I was told “it’s not my job“ “I’m not going back because it’s not my job.” “I don’t get paid for that. It’s not my job”. That is sad customer service was very good about reimbursing the missing items which was half the order, but they would not reimburse me for my recently subscribed dash pass saying that’s not their policy. Well it’s not my job or policy to pay DoorDash $99 a year for crap service like this. I truly hope they go out of business. They deserve it.

I had an issue with renewal and ended up with two accounts running with only three devices. I did not pick up the issue last year. Bitdefender refunded the charge for last year's extra account and made this year's account free--more than I asked. It appears that Bitdefender's payment vendor did not sync with Bitdefender's account information. But maybe I missed something. I can't be sure. Whatever happened, Bitdefender made things right. I'm glad, because I like the product and Bitdefender continues to rate well by those who review it. I wanted to keep the app on my devices. Thank you, Sorin and Andre for helping me with this issue.

If I could give Macy's a Zero I would, I purchased a ring for almost $7,000 in August 2021 and was not told that Macy's in Willow Grove, PA offered sizing and was advised from the Sales Woman to take the ring to an OUTSIDE jeweler in which I immediately did only to find out that the jeweler would not touch the ring due to several diamonds being cracked. I immediately contacted Macy's to advise of the issue, well its been a long ride, I've had several conversations with the representatives and supervisors and despite I returned the ring thru UPS via the prepaid label provided, I've had several different answers and still no ring and have not received my credit back! This was a gift for someone for 8/28/2021, I purchased the ring early August. How do you sell a severely damaged ring to a consumer and now I have to wait until 9/30/21 for them to issue a credit, then reorder the ring! Had I not taken the ring to an outside jeweler I would have never found out that the ring was defective, instead of Macy's promptly making it right, I am handed several excuses regarding the refund/credit. I don't feel like a valued customer and I'm very disappointed that this matter is not being handled expediously. Fine Jewelry my foot, the inspection should have occurred prior to the purchase and I should have been told that Macy's does have their own outside vendor who can do the sizing but now that I found out that the ring was severely damaged I don't know if I would have trusted them to properly inspect the ring. I am very frustrated with the lack of concern and I certainly don't feel like a valued customer! I will NEVER EVER purchase any fine jewelry from them again and the fact that I have spoken with more then 8 customer service reps and 2 supervisors don't help, I'm given a different story with each one of them! I would not advise anyone to purchase any expensive jewelry from Macy's, the customer service reps are not on the same page and the hold times are ridiculously long. I have the tracking number to three different reps on different days and no one thought to input it into the system. I'm getting the run around and no compensation for the error message on thier end! Not one rep offered any type of compensation via gift card etc. It's always the same thing, we are sorry or we apologize but you have to wait until such and such date to receive the credit back! I have some everything that they asked me to do but what have they done to make me feel like a valued customer, absolutely NOTHING! I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISTATISFIED. AGAIN, IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING PURCHASING ANY FINE JEWELRY FROM MACY'S, DON'T DO IT!

If i could leave negative stars i would.. laptop showed up 5 days late missing the charger costed me over 1700 dollars in lost wages because they didnt honor a simple purchase contract now their way to fix it is sending me a charger which will cost me another 900 dollars in lost wages. (330w charger zero available locally) in any kind of business you blame the prime contractor and they can have the sub ontractor make it right with them not blame ups and tell me to go f myself.
