Rude customer service, absolutely non existent. Spoke to a lady via the chat a few days ago, rushed me and said she have escalated the issue! To wait 2-3 days! Didn’t tell me I had to provide pictures so thrown the food. Today, chased for a response, to be told nothing can be done, without a picture. They end conversation before you can get a chance to reply! What happened to Doordash?! They were amazing!!! But went downhill. Been a member for years. I’ll stick to other companies like Ubereats, Menulog, ANYTHING BUT DOORDASH. Next time just report them & dispute through your bank! Don’t waste your time with them
