Review of calendly
Calendly absolutely sucks. Their customer service is chat only. No phone number. I am sorry I paid for a year in full for a service I cannot and will not be using. They are thieves. Beware. Google Workspace does all calendly does and more. Forget this horrible company. Just look at the reviews.

Review of garmin
Plugged in my Garmin Nuvi 57 to my PC to see if there were any updates. There was a map update so I kicked off the update using Garmin Express. In the middle of the map update, Garmin Express detected a software update and it kicked that process off too.Half-way through both updates, Garmin Express stopped and said that it couldn't install the software and removed Garmin Express from my PC together with the desktop icon.I contacted Garmin who told me it was my PC and tried to convince me that the disk was nearly full. When I pointed out that the disk was half empty, they told me to re-install Garmin Express. I tried but it would let me.Garmin told me to de-install Garmin Express and re-install it. It wouldn't let me de-install it either.Garmin tried to convince me that it was my PC and that I should install Garmin Express on a different PC or buy a new PC because mine was obviously wrecked.I asked to speak to a manager.Garmin refused and hung up.I did some digging around and finally looked at the Windows Task Manager. There were 3 Garmin tasks in-flight.I closed the PC down and re-stared it.I went to he Windows Task Manager. There were 3 Garmin tasks were still in-flight. My best guess was that 1 task was attempting to update a map. The second was trying to uninstall Garmin Express and the third was trying to install it and all 3 were in conflict.I deleted all 3 tasks and re-booted.I tried to uninstall Garmin Express, but it installed itself and placed the icon back on the desk top.It then said that there was a software update. I installed the update. It worked. It then said that there was a map update. I installed the update. It worked. 30 minutes later, I finally calmed down and called Garmin support back. I told them that I'd sorted their problem out which was caused by their software allowing multiple tasks to run simultaneously. The new Garmin support guy blamed my PC in spite of the fact that garmin express should not have allowed multiple process to run at the same time.I asked to speak to a manager. He hung up.Garmin are deserving of their terrible support rating. They are a sh1t company.
Review of fandango
I refunded an order and it showed the convience fee and ticket cost on the refund page. When I hit the refund button it showed I was only getting the ticket price refunded. Then after trying to get convience fee back I was told it’s in the term and conditions. I even asked if fandango would credit my account the convience fee for a future order, so they could keep the money and was denuded that request too. The real problem for me is that Fandango never said I was just getting the ticket price refunded until the refund had been initiated.

Review of bitdefender
I had a horrible experience with Bitdefender's customer support. A month ago, I received an offer to extend my subscription, but the link provided didn’t work. I reached out to customer support immediately, hoping for a quick resolution. Instead, I was dragged through endless email exchanges, with absolutely no help provided. Their repeated response was that my issue would be “transferred to german customer support.” Are you kidding me? no one botherd to contact me in a whole monthI waited and waited, but nothing was resolved. Eventually, I had no choice but to renew the subscription myself at the full price, without the discount I was promised. This feels like a scam – they clearly don’t intend to honor their offers and just want to squeeze more money out of their customers. Extremely disappointing service, and I wouldn't recommend Bitdefender to anyone. Avoid them if you value your time and money!

Review of getyourguide
I've used GetYouGuide, 3 times this year. My first time was in Bangkok, I booked a Temples tour. The service was great. They kept in touch and sent me an email a few days before the trip, then a text a day before and then again the day of the trip. They gave me all the info I needed and everything ran smoothly. We had a fantastic guide. I used them again twice on my recent trip to Italy. I booked a boat trip to Capri, which was great fun, and an evening concert to see the 3 Tenors, which was amaxing. Both events ran smoothly. I recommended them to my sister when she went to Egypt. She booked a trip to Luxor and said she was impressed with the service.
