They kept in touch and sent me an email a few days before the trip, then a text a day before and then again the day of the trip. They gave me all the info I needed and everything ran smoothly. We had a fantastic guide. I used them again twice on my recent trip to Italy. I booked a boat trip to Capri, which was great fun, and an evening concert to see the 3 Tenors, which was amaxing. Both events ran smoothly. I recommended them to my sister when she went to Egypt. She booked a trip to Luxor and said she was impressed with the service.
