I've been trying to get in touch with support for over a week now. I need to be re-verified to reset my 2FA to transfer funds and upon submitting my proof of ID I received a message to contact support. I've re-tried this process several times and I'm now completely disappointed at the lack of response and help. I need to get this sorted ASAP. I'll likely stop using this app as soon as I can. Customers need transactions to be fluid and also need support to be on hand. This is unacceptable and disappointing. I've always enjoyed using this app but after a week of being left high and dry - this is a complete no-no going forward for me.

It has been since 5 months I am complaining and visiting service center but the customer service is so worst that it cannot be repaired. I am facing problems with network connectivity but the support team always says that their is no problem. My product is under warranty buf I guess they will also delay my warrenty time. Without internet nothing can be accessed and it is just placed like a scrap in my store room. God knows at what bad time I decided to buy this scrap. Worst product ever used. All my money wasted. Will never buy asus product ever by mistake in my life. I would suggest others to buy of another brand by don't take chance with this.

Ordered over 1k in bathroom renovation items not thinking anything about it because Wayfair had always been amazing with all of our home renovations. Well, the items didn’t fit together when the contractor went to install them and the items were from the Kohler brand, so we returned the items and ordered next day shipping from Kohler of the correct products as Wayfair did not have them in stock. I noticed wayfair refunded some items but not all. I called customer service promptly and they said it was a mistake because all items were placed into one box by FedEx instead of separate boxes- which fedex insisted on doing. The customer service team reassured me everything would be okay and they would just need the tracking ID from fedex for the box, which the tagged for the other items- I was truly so grateful, relaxed, and satisfied. 5 months later we randomly get charged by wayfair for over 1k saying they did not receive the items and customer service even accused us of committing fraud and said they would report us to the local authorities! WHAT! After spending over 1k to get the correct items MONTHS ago and after being refunded for the items MONTHS ago we were shock! FedEx even sent us the signature confirmation from a wayfair employee stating the package was received but Wayfair’s customer service did not give a crap and would not do their own investigation (even though they said they did, which if they did they would clearly find the items) and kept accusing US of FRAUD. I bet their warehouse staff sells the items on the side and makes a killing. I used to refer people to wayfair all the time after they raved of our home renovations and I now tell everyone to stay far away from this company, because they are clearly incompetent and dishonest. Their customer service rep also told me she would stop responding to my emails and would tell everyone else to not respond to me anymore (WHAT?!). Beyond this, I was 8 months pregnant and did not need their disrespect from customer service and horrible organizational skills with their returns. Buy straight from the brand instead!

What a joke Unity is. You need to stop false advertising every game pays out when they don't. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Shame on you. I installed and played several of your games but after 2 months no payouts you'll not get another penny from me watching those stupid ads. I hope somebody sues and you go out of business.

On January 28th, 2025, I made a hotel reservation through Expedia. This was for a three-night stay in Nashville, Tennessee. On March 5th I decided to reconfirm, although their confirmation says do not bother to reconfirm. Their virtual agent offered nothing and at one point had disabled my typing ability; it was a dead end. I finally found a number and got a human voice - Hank. After almost 45 minutes he found my reservation and said that it had been canceled by Marriott, because I did not let them know I was coming. What? Isn't that why we book with Expedia? I had no email from Marriott other than their confirmation for an October stay last year! Aren't they, Expedia, as a third site, responsible for relaying the reservation to the hotel? Otherwise, why would we use Expedia?After the 45 minutes on the phone, I then asked Hank if we would be through by 11:00, as I had an important phone call that had been set up for 2 months. He told me it would take longer than that, so I asked him if I needed to be on the phone with him when he was going to – according to him - reinstate my stay with the same itinerary number, but only after he said he had to cancel and rebook my original. Cancel and rebook? He had already told me that Marriott had canceled because they sent me an email that I did not answer! At this point I became very suspicious of what was going on. Hank then told me that I did not have to be on the phone for him to cancel and rebook. I questioned him as to the fact that he was absolutely sure it would be the same itinerary number - yes! I did not need to be on the phone with him while he did this - no, I did not. He would send me the rebooking within an hour- yes!lNeedless to say, we are now 21 hours from my finishing my conversation with Hank. When I go to Expedia to put in my 14 or 15 number itinerary, it says nothing is found. Nothing has changed since the first time of looking. When I first went to Expedia, it showed that no trips were booked - shall we start? I shall never use Expedia again and I hope you won't either. I went to their website and deleted any information that they had that included birthdays and telephone numbers. Had I not reconfirmed, as previously mentioned, at the very top it says no reconfirming needed, three of us, from California, Georgia and Florida would most likely have been stuck in Nashville with no accommodations! These are spring break dates for many!

I rented a car from Sixt through Expedia, with free cancelation and changes before the renting begin. Know our trip changed and I wanted to make a change or cancelation to fit our plan. Our trip is in 1 May 2025. They don't let me do that and they also don't will give my money back. Keep away from this company.

Went to plan an order today. Hard Drive and gift card for my father. Got the confirmation e-mail saying the order was placed. Go to switch back to my second order since they were going to different addresses and was auto logged out with a prompt to verify and change my creds. Wouldnt accept my phone number, so called customer service. They stated that my account had been flagged due to a past data breach, cancelled my order and locked me out. Their excuse.... I ordered a gift card. They provided absolutely zero support for this, refused to accept the order and refused any form of higher solution or even the respect of speaking to someone in charge. I have half a mind to file a financial complaint for auto cancelling the order, not informing me that my data was compromised and not being willing to provide a sufficient conclusion to their mistake. I already know they will see this and simply bypass it and not even attempt to try to find a resolution. I'll wait a day or two before filing my complaint, just to give them a small chance to bring a sufficient resolution up.

Support Staff like James E. make WPengine worth working with. I sometimes think they have gotten a little big for my tastes as they buy up all the plugins we all love and have pay walled some previously free features, but when you have the quality diagnostic support when you have an issue that piece of mind is worth a few extra dollars a month without any arguments.

After being robbed and having my cards used against my will, Chase sent me on a 4 month long absolute nightmare with their despicable fraud department. Mismanagement out of control, unprofessional contact, and a complete dismissal of circumstances. Every single element was in benefit of them. There conclusion on my case wasn’t based on the facts of the circumstances, but on ridiculous semantics that exist due to their own advice to me on how to proceed. Ernest, the account specialist who handled my claim, blatantly lied to me on several occasions. Disregarding evidence, testimony, dodging all attempts at meaningful contact. Giving advisement for settling issues, only for those things to be turned around against me, even though it is circumstances THEY created knowing the situation full well. It’s all too convenient. I would recommend never working with these people, and as soon as this is resolved I plan to immediately terminate all business with Chase for the rest of my life.UPDATE: After further pushing with the Executive Office- where I dealt with Sam who was an unbelievably rude and unprofessional individual, including reporting them to agencies for how poorly this was handled, and supplying video evidence of the events as they unfolded, they retaliated by closing my accounts and saying that being a victim of these crimes apparently meant I was "not properly protecting my card." Unbelievable victim blaming. Disgusting company.
