We visited Disney Orlando in August. We had a 14 day ticket on day 12 we were told our ticket had expired. We went to guest services and they reactivated the ticket the following day we went to Typhoon Lagoon to be told again our ticket had expired and they could not help us we were told we needed to visit Disney Springs guest services which we did they sorted the ticket again but took us around an hour messing about. Very disappointing at the end of a great holiday we felt the staff at Typhoon Lagoon just couldn’t be bothered.

We allowed ATT workers in our property to do their work in our backyard. I had asked them nicely to clean up after they finish their job and to make sure they leave things as they were. I took photos to show the disarray they left upon finishing their tasks five days ago. I shared this information with ATT reps and they have been unable to send someone to arrange those items lying on the ground in the manner they had originally found them. Quite irresponsible!

Stay far away from AT&T. They totally screwed us over. Promised the moon and lied about everything. We were happy with T-Mobile and will be switching back as soon as possible. We were long-time AT&T customers but left due to poor customer service. They offered a great deal and we stupidly took it only to have them lie and go back on everything they promised. Choose any.other.carrier.

Purchased an air fryer with a Phillips $100 Mother’s Day cash back promotion attached. Registered the claim no problems. Claim accepted and approved (2 days later)with an email from phillips advising to allow 14 days for money to be paid.21 days later I contact Phillips as money not paid and was told another week or 2. 10 days later still no money contact Phillips and am told another week or 2. I complained and finally a manager advised payments have a technical problem and it would be another 3-4 weeks.This mega corporation is a joke and has pathetic customer service. On principle we will never buy another Phillips product

I am going to put Adobe on blast. As of last week Adobe changed it's policy regarding a personal account where you cannot use two computers simultaneously. My office, along with many other offices, use a single email address, which renders a business account unusable unless each computer has a different email address. Therefore, it was ADOBE IT who placed me on a personal account for two computers. Now, you cannot use this account on two computers simultaneously.After my office was shut down for 4 hours, after being told four different stories as follows:1. This has always been Adobe's policy.2. This is a new policy.3. We no longer allow this.4. Our policy is to protect the user by requiring different email addresses for each computer using Adobe.The IT department rectified this change and restored my account to allow for two computers to use adobe simultaneously on the 23rd of September.Now as of the 30th of September, my office has been shut down again.I am looking for an alternative and will follow through on taking the firms I work with with me. This is an Engineering flaw with Adobe that I discussed with the tech department 6 years ago. Now is comes to a matter of money, or why would the policy change?It is time to find alternatives.

Payment of £1.3k taken from bank account with no warning and our account has been dormant. I have escalated via PayPal to raise a merchant dispute after trying to speak directly with Hootsuite. After speaking with my bank I am now undertaking the painstaking painful process of cancelling my bank account and all outgoing payments due to the recurring payment set up on my account. If raising a dispute with PayPal ensure you activate your buyers protection instead of unauthorised transaction. Avoid at at all costs.UPDATE 13/01/2024 - Still no update from Hootsuite

I’d give AliExpress a zero if I could. Ordered an item and it was supposed to arrive by May 30th, the last tracking update was from May 16th. The seller said I received the item when I clearly did not. Filed a dispute and AliExpress needs 10 days…… literally ten days to confirm tracking. This was my second order on the platform and it will be the last. Sellers are protected, buyers are put through the hoops to get their item. Stay clear

As others have said it's a 1 because you can't give a zero. Booked a hotel in Albania for 10 nights. Was much cheaper than the other companies on Trivago. Agoda took full payment immediately. A few hours later, I contacted the hotel direct to confirm my booking. They told me immediately that they had no booking from me, and that they never deal with Agoda. I eventually managed to contact Agoda customer services. They informed me there had been a hiccup, but they had contacted the hotel and it was all sorted now. They provided me with a check in reference. Five hours later they sent me an email saying that there had been an issue with their mapping system which has actually booked us in a hotel 15 minutes away. It said that if they didn't hear from us in 48hrs they would assume that this hotel was acceptable.I checked the new hotel, which was a 2* the booked one was 4* the new hotel looked shocking and had no pool, which was our main booking stipulation.I have replied immediately saying that I do not accept this booking and please send a refund ASAP. We are still awaiting a reply.
