As others have said it's a 1 because you can't give a zero. Booked a hotel in Albania for 10 nights. Was much cheaper than the other companies on Trivago. Agoda took full payment immediately. A few hours later, I contacted the hotel direct to confirm my booking. They told me immediately that they had no booking from me, and that they never deal with Agoda. I eventually managed to contact Agoda customer services. They informed me there had been a hiccup, but they had contacted the hotel and it was all sorted now. They provided me with a check in reference. Five hours later they sent me an email saying that there had been an issue with their mapping system which has actually booked us in a hotel 15 minutes away. It said that if they didn't hear from us in 48hrs they would assume that this hotel was acceptable.I checked the new hotel, which was a 2* the booked one was 4* the new hotel looked shocking and had no pool, which was our main booking stipulation.I have replied immediately saying that I do not accept this booking and please send a refund ASAP. We are still awaiting a reply.
