One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Great product, but terrible service.I had to write to them four times to get the newsletter to work - each time they didn’t get back to me and I had to start from the beginning again.Well before my first billing period ran out I tried to cancel - but it’s impossible on the site (very bad experience). So I wrote them an email that I’d like to cancel. No answer. Now I’ve written three more times to confirm but haven’t heard back. The only think I’ve heard from them is they stated the next billing cycle.Very frustrated and would never recommend anyone buy anything from them.
