I don't know why anyone still uses eBay. As a seller years ago I was scammed by someone and they did nothing about it. And as a buyer, I was told I could have a refund by 2 different advisors under the money back guarantee, the seller themselves also told me I could return the item (despite many attempts to cancel the order before it was shipped and the seller ignored me after having messaged me). The seller cancelled the return request despite saying that I could return the item, now I can't even appeal it.

I've been paying every single month with no late fees. Suddenly in April, I get a late fee because I didn't wait until 8 PM. Now I feel like I have to possess psychic abilities. For the month of May, I paid a day early - way more, nearly my full balance - yet they're going to charge me a late fee. I got on the phone with four supervisors who refused to do anything about it and told me I don't need to play psychic. Yet, apparently I do, since I've gone three years with zero late fees and problems.So, we have ID number VN R 938 talking over me, trying to reprimand me as if he were my father. I asked him to stop because I couldn't hear him and I didn't need a full explanation, but he just kept talking over me as if he were more important than I am.Then, I have supervisor O J A 172 who doesn't explain things clearly, so I had to call back again to find out the timezone for the 8 PM rule. I talked to ID number O A D 112 before all of them, who waived only one late fee. I went ahead and paid a large amount; they should be happy and thank me for that instead of the minimum payment, and apply it for the month it was paid. But now, because I'm paying way more, that's not cool, they want a second payment in may.... They keep telling me to check the mall or online... I've never done either in 3 years no problem

I wrote a review earlier about being locked out of Linkedin possibly because of a hypersensitive computer in relation to security issues. My problem was resolved. They let me back in. Hopefully, Linkedin will become easier to contact and make the process of recovery less difficult! I'm grateful that they let me back in.
