After my review I had a reply , the day after I received a email saying somone had tried too contact me after leaving both home and Mobile number . I telephoned today with the reference number spoke too a lady who was absolutely no use . Talking over me repeating the same thing that this has been sorted and it hasn't had a impact on my credit report . Yes it has and I'm not happy how they have dealt with this , that they can do this too people without any warning despite me being a good customer.

Wish I could give zero stars. Don't trust AAA to help you. I've had a membership for years, but I had never needed to use their roadside assistance until recently. I was stranded in my broken down car in a not so safe part of town, and the AAA dispatcher said it would take THREE HOURS to get a tow to me. And it took FIVE hours in the end! I'm in a large city btw. They told me I could call a tow service and they would reimburse me, but I asked them if they were willing to do that, why couldn't THEY call a tow service and pay for it outright. They said they can't do that. Thanks for nothing AAA, you stranded me for hours while my children and dogs are home alone. In the span of five hours, I called AAA about 3 times an hour asking for updates. Everytime I was told a truck was on the way, no one came, and when I called AAA, they told me the tow company had declined the service. This KEPT happening, every tow company they called turned them down!I had a lot of time on my hands being stranded in my car, and went down a rabbit hole of AAA and their poor service. It's shocking how common it is for them to strand their customers. And apparently tow truck companies refuse to work with AAA because of their poor business practices. That results in AAA having a tiny pool of contracted towing companies in a given area. I was stranded in a city of a million people. There were tow companies nearby everywhere, who I called to see how long they could get here, and some could get there in minutes...if I paid myself for it. But when the middleman AAA tries to arrange it, it falls through.All the membership fees I've been paying you for years, all that money, and the ONE TIME I need you, you completely fail me. I have Toyota Care with roadside assistance, but guess what - they contract towing through AAA only! They were MUCH more helpful than AAA, and shared my displeasure with AAA. They bent over backwards advocating for me over the phone with AAA, but not even they could make them care. Kudos to my dealership for saving the day. Since my car was still under warranty, they sent a shuttle and picked me up, 20 miles away. Some tow company eventually got my car which I had to leave on the street, unlocked, with the keys inside. I had no choice to leave my car because it was late and freezing, and I really had no idea that ANYONE WOULD EVEN SHOW UP. AAA you have let me down, and so many others. How are you still in business?

In dashing to the middle of the road and being fearful of the truth it fails to give travellers the protection they need and potentially puts them in harms way.

Today I shopped in Krogers. I wanted to buy half a watermelon, as in take advantage of the sale and cut it in half so I can carry it home! I spoke with customer service and two other clerks; they all said it was probably possible, but they had no authority. I had to speak with the manager, it seemed like he (Jon) was the only worker in the store above the age of 20. He offered sliced watermelon at a higher price and other sizes also at higher prices. He said he couldn't give me what I wanted, but he would look in the back maybe there was a solution. He walked to the back, behind the "forbidden" door, without a word to me he disappeared. When he reappeared he said "no", he spoke to officials and wasn't granted approval. Of course, I heard none of their interaction and had to take his word for it. I had also asked about another product. He seemed disinterested in helping me. He weighed the other product so I would have an idea of the price. It would have been better if it had a tag which displayed the weight. Neither of his suggestions worked for me and he was obviously disinterested in providing any real service. No service - no sale. I left, doubt I'll be back anytime soon. After spending about half an hour to get no help I realize that I can shop elsewhere. What it comes down to for me is: No service - no sale! You can only cut back so much before it begins to hurt - either you or me. Can't we make a win/win situation? Obviously, not at Krogers!

Writing another review as I still have not received my refund. Mind you the wrong item was sent. I returned it, it was received January 21. At this point this is theft. I received a notification stating that I would receive my refund in 5-10 business days. Its been well over that and I have not gotten anything. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM ANY FIFA SHOP ITS A MASSIVE SCAM.

For now it’s good user experience, for working with my files on all my devices, as long as they aren’t in ecosystem. But subscription plans more expensive than the competitors. So I still using my free plan with limited GB. But I’m satisfied.

When it works Dropbox is wonderful...when it works. I have had a paid account for four years. I still have not yet been able to completely sync all my files. Just one 1.5G file takes upwards of 30 minutes to load and sync...and that is presuming it actually syncs without failing...which it currently does OVER 50% of the time--often after wasting 30 minutes of my computer time syncing. Service calls end in frustration because Dropbox does not provide a sync error code or reason! How on earth can you fix, avoid or report on a failure if the stupid system won't tell you what went wrong in the first place? I am done wasting my time and money on 'cloud' storage with Dropbox. Fortunately there are now robust 4T SSD Drives available so I no longer need useless cloud based services! Yay!
