Great app to quickly find top-rated contractors, get bids, and get work done - all within a day, if needed! Highly recommend the Thumbtack app. I got 3 big tasks done so quickly and easily. A big plus is that all the contractors are so nice and friendly!

Scribd is a great service and I believe it will fit most people's needs. Finding books/audiobooks is frictionless and as soon as someone recommends me a book or I hear about something, I add it to my reading list seamlessly. I can read many books a month without having to buy all of them.However, I find Scribd not fully transparent for two main reasons. As you may have noticed, they add a lot of friction when it comes to cancelling subscriptions. Secondly, they advertise unlimited books, but internally there is a limit. It's around 3 audiobooks and 3 books a month (I think in the backend, they have an internal balance of the cost of the books you read and if it exceeds ~20$, they throttled you and say "coming soon" on the titles. So if you read new releases that are expensive, you run out quickly). This limit is generous enough to fit most people's need, but I wish they were more transparent about it when people are signing up. They would have much better reviews. For those of you asking, they can't simply give unlimited books, because it's not financially viable. Other services have tried it before and you haven't heard or them because they failed.Me knowing the limitations, I am still a subscriber since I love the service. But make sure you know what you're getting before complaining :)

I wish that we had read the reviews on Truspilot before placing an order with Zara because we have just experienced the most appaling degree of customer service from them that I can ever remember from any company. It's amazing that this company is still in business, perhaps they won't be for much longer if they continue to treat their customers like this. We placed an order and received an email on 17th December stating that it had been delivered, which it hasn't. We were at home at the time of the alleged delivery and did not receive a knock or ring. We also checked around the property immediately after receiving the email stating that the delivery had been made.We have contacted Zara customer services which is time consuming and their attitude is dreadful. It makes us feel as though we are being dishonest. They have not provided proof of delivery other than stating that their courier has confirmed delivery and are essentially shrugging their shoulders and saying bad luck, it's not their problem.This is clearly a recurring theme with Zara. We currently feel as though we have been as good as scammed and can't see us ever buying anything from this company again.

Now you inform me that due to a technical error, the confirmation did not arrive and the contract is not valid. However, you suddenly demand 79 euros under the same conditions, which I consider inappropriate!I express my disappointment in this email!

Good web experience, however their support services are abysmal and have failed to help me resolve an issue regarding my account. You cannot email their support and the support twitter account is a bot that tells you the same things you are able to access on the internet. I cannot call twitter as I live in the UK and this would amount to large bills as they do not have a UK number. I have NEVER experienced such useless customer services and feel at a loss of what to do because twitter have not been helpful and I am devastated at the thought of losing my account.

Facebook aids and abets identify theft by refusing to recover or remove stolen accounts. I am at a loss as to how to keep the hacker from sharing photos of my grandchildren! It is a personal violation and Facebook should be held accountable. The hacker is sharing crypto currency and real estate scams and even creating reels using my name and photo! Facebook’s response after I and others reported: we reviewed and you are not being impersonated! Well, yes, I am!
