AVOID. Something is clearly very wrong at Braintree Payments (owned by PayPal). Support is almost non-existent with little to no responses on support issues. We have been waiting over two months to get any sort of response on several issues despite frequent attempts to get in contact with someone. Having been with them since April 2021 I would not recommend them and we will not be using them for any of our other businesses (our vertical is financial services and insurance). We are not a small business either.

I purchased 16 computers in the past year. 5 of them about 3 months ago. One of the 5, after being used for less than a month, will not keep a charge. One ASUS CSR left me a voice message saying that the refund was approved and when I called to arrange the return, another CSR stated that they were having computer problems and that the notes on the case were not transferred but that I could not return the product.I am not satisfied with CSR not allowing me to return a defective computer after I have spent $15000+ this year. Well, I just cancelled the order for the 2 new computers I purchased today and I will be moving on to Lenovo. Horrible customer service ASUS!

I just spoke to Agent Sabah about a pickup of return items that was supposed to take place today. She said that they are not coming, as they tried to call yesterday but did not get through to me to confirm the pickup.The original agent who I arranged the pick up through did not mention anything about needing to further confirm a date - the date and time window had already been confirmed in an invoice/letter I received from the original agent. The person that did call yesterday (during normal working hours when it is not always possible to answer the phone) did not even bother to leave a voicemail message, text message or any sort of contact number or information about their call. We deliberately arranged the pickup for today as we cannot do other days. Agent Sabah said that they could rearrange for 23rd December. I said that we needed it today, but when I was told this i not possible I asked that they please arrange for 23rd and I would also like to raise this as a formal complaint as the service has not been good. Agent Sabah then decided to rudely end the chat without either logging the complaint or rearranging the collection, stating that I was away from the chat - even though the last message was from me saying "ok" when they said they would log the complaint for me. I had also asked for them to rearrange the collection, but they did not bother.Terrible customer service.

Just signed up for bundle-Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu. Two work great. Cannot find Hulu in App Store even though I’ve tried with iPhone, iPad and Apple TV 4K (all with latest iOS). What a joke. We are previous Hulu customers and enjoyed their offering of programs. Hulu Helpline suggests that we get Apple Support because they don’t know why we can’t find the app. We are now paying a monthly fee and can’t even get the App or assistance! DISGUSTING!!!!

I used care.com to find caregiver for my spouse last August. Fortunately my wife recovered from her sickness in December of 2023. I let caregiver go by end of December and canceled subscription for care.com. On July 27, 2024 I saw subscription renewal charge on my credit card. Care.com representative refused to refund the charge. I disputed the charge with credit card company. I want to let other people know of their business practices.

I sent my Lumix camera in for repair. I received not one, but three estimates - each asking for more money.The shipping was sub-par and left the camera open to damage. It had a sheet of bubble wrap rolled around it, but the bubble wrap wasn’t secured so the camera slipped out and might have bounced around in the package.The camera seems to work but I hope it didn’t get any internal damage from the lack of appropriate packing.I would not recommend the Panasonic repair service unless something was under warranty.

Just got a ban for telling a scammer to jog on!!So I come across so many scammers and videos where animals and even humans are being killed and comments that should not be on face book but every time I report them, facebook reply with - we didn't remove the video/cmment or we didn't remove the sponsored add were they are clearly selling fake goods.I have also found many of fake profiles claiming to be someone else and it's very rare that any of these get removed.I personally think Facebook is run by robots and not human beings.The amount of discussing things like nude porn picture video links that are on facebook that are ok in there eyes is just wrong.It's about time you sorted it out Mark, you get enough money from Facebook so do you're job and stop allowing all these discussing videos and scammers on this platform.STOP BANNING THE INNOCENT PEOPLE AND START GETTING RID OF ALL THE SCAM ADS AND DISCUSTING VIDEOS.

Missing money and dealing with the worst customer support. The Clover Mini device I have is going bad and there is no help or warranty. It failed after only a couple years of use. The device took my $9,000 in transactions and has not deposited in my account. I am calling in and clover keeps telling me that I need to speak to cardpointe. Cardpointe tells me I need to talk to clover.. save yourself from this headache and just avoid clover all together

I agree with Joseph Lauletta, I have had the exact same experience. The service is legit and my resume has gone out to many, many other companies in different states and boroughs and it keeps on deflecting me to other job opportunities that appear to be illegitimate.
