The new format is not very well laid out and I am unlikely to carry on using it. The font does not look right even though I am not sure whether it has changed or just looks different...is it Dyslexia friendly is also my question?Please go back to the old layout and format.

AT&T does not "hear" its customers, as evidenced by the over 8,000 reviews, many of which have a one-star rating. It is best to change carriers for unhappy customers instead of wasting energy hoping they change their customer service. Additionally, it is astounding that agents hard sell (several times) during your call before they ever resolve your issue of calling in, most times without resolving the customer's hardship. Moreover, I repeatedly informed the AT&T agents that I was not interested in hearing the upsell offers, and they still pleaded to hear them!I have been in convention sales for two decades. Unless I want to assure failure when I sell a package, it is common sense not to attempt upselling when a customer is displeased. This review is not to run a rant, so that viewers can read. My review is for AT&T Executives. I understand cutting costs, and it's all about numbers to keep your jobs. However, there is a lot of competition available to consumers, and if, in the end, millions leave, that would be a significant loss for AT&T.Customer service needs an overhaul. What is currently happening is not acceptable!

Only joking - it’s terrible, probably, no, definitely the worst news website I’ve ever used. Pop ups a plenty, page crashes all the time, compete and utter sh!t. I would advise using their website if you feel one day you are too happy and want to annoy yourself

I ordered a refrigerator. Bol wrote get it by Monday (next working day). But on Monday I got an e-mail from the shipping company saying "you will not get it today" because they didn't get it from the store. I called Bol. and Witgoed Expert several times a day, they were all very indifferent to my situation (we ordered a lift based on this "Monday" because Bol don't actually deliver to your home). they have put me in a very uncomfortable situation.Every day I was told that I will get it "tomorrow" and only because I called again and again to ask, no one bothered to call back, no one offered any type of compensation. It felt like Bol was acting as a mediator but in fact was useless and really gives no guarantee or service (other than understanding my trouble, which is again, not helpful)One of the worst services I've ever got and I'm definitely not going to buy there again.

I am not sure if I encountered a more incompetent Customer Service than Venmo's. Literally they repeat the same things as broken records, after I have provided them the required documents and still my account has been frozen from initial setup, without even managing to make any transaction.That app just disgusts me to the core. I will just never use it. It is simply horrible to work with.Update: I CANNOT EVEN DELETE MY ACCOUNT!!! "We cannot close your account at the moment. Your Account requires further assistance. Contact support team for more details" WOW, just absolutely disgusting.

So I usually get a 103 bus from south Hornchurch library to get to the train station. Usually it comes at 6:35 which gives me good time to make the train. But Everytime a certain driver takes it this bus is delayed by over 5 minutes and while there is a timed train at rainham the past couple days I’ve missed it for that reason: the buses are becoming a huge liability and it’s that same driver who keeps making everyone late and missing their train. This is not acceptable. I thought there was a timetable which should be followed it sure doesn’t seem that way right now.

I have just discovered this review site for National Trust. My sister and I had a holiday in Nightjar Cottage in August 2018 but I have had to use a different date in order to get this seen. The description of the ground floor apartment states that ‘on occasion some sound may be heard from the apartment above’. This is definitely understated because we could hear the occupants walk across the floor, use the toilet, flush the toilet, and we could hear which television programme they were watching. At the time of our visit pre Covid there was a National Trust shop adjoining the cottage. One evening the smoke alarm in the shop went off, triggering the alarm in our cottage. The whole row of cottages evacuated and we all stood outside waiting for the fire engine to arrive. On investigation it was found that dust in the smoke alarm in the shop had triggered the alarm.The visitors book in the property is full of complaints about the noise from upstairs which is really unbearable at times, and about the fire alarm triggering randomly. Why is the visitors’ book not monitored, and actions taken to improve matters?We could not wait to leave the property and as a consequence of our experience would never book a NT holiday cottage again. We still return to Dunwich but stay in the village. It’s such a shame as Nightjar cottage would be idyllic if these issues were sorted out.

have used this company for many years, in error I ordered the wrong laser jet toner, mis type one digit.Received goods but only realised afterwards when my printer ran out of ink it was wrong serial number. Arranged return, was told that I would receive return postage details within 5 days. Now seven days on no email. Finally got through only to be told that it was not returned within 14 days that my return has been refused. I am now stuck with a unused, unopened toner at the cost of £82.99. I will never deal with this company again
