Works great but too much self-promotion and self-advertisement. Before being acquired it always worked like charm. Today still does, but it has become extremely annoying in terms of 'remind to get the Full' and 'you might have a problem that only full version can solve'. It it borderline to being 'visually spammed' and almost daily pushed to buy the full version.

Terrible company. I have turned off auto-renewal each year, and magically it gets turned on. They then bill me and I have gotten no where disputing this. You cannot have an account without a credit card--so as the subscription nears its end you MUST be sure to remove the card or they with cleverly "auto-renew" using that card.

Dangerous faulty machine do not buy from this company!I spent £600 on a LG washing machine 7 months ago - it stopped working.. after calling the support team I was told to try a few things to fix it myself such as pouring warm water into the drum, unplugging and resetting the machine and trying cycles - none of which worked so they booked for a repair 11 days later. The day before this appointment it was cancelled and rescheduled to a week later. When I called to discuss this as I am a working mum with a toddler and have been struggling with visits to the launderette. They told me to call the repair company which I did - they told me to call back LG - I called back LG and I had to wait 2 days for someone to call me back, which they didn’t. Once eventually the repair man came to check the machine, he told me that the machine was delivered faulty as the error was made at point of manufacture. He said that the concrete slab inside the machine wasn’t screwed in properly so after time it has smashed to pieces and has severed the temperate gage wires inside. He said to keep it unplugged as it was dangerous and if I had touched the drum in the wrong place I would be electrocuted. I then had to wait 2 days for the report to get back to LG for them to speak to me about it. I called back 2 days later and of course, the complaints team aren’t in on Saturday. Oh and now it’s bank holiday so they won’t be in until Tuesday. So it will be at least 4 weeks until I might find a resolution and another week of having a dangerous appliance in my house with my 2 year old child. I am disgusted at the customer service by this company and their obvious lack of safety protocols before providing customers with products. I will be expecting a full refund for my faulty dangerous appliance and for LG to collect it from my house, plus compensation for all of the laundrette services for the past 4 weeks.

I honestly would give this company zero starts if it were possible, they don't even deserve 1 star.I had lots of items listed on my account, then suspended the account for no reason what so ever without any notifications. I now can't log into the app on my phone and I can't even get them to delete the account. Their support is totally useless, it is obvious that they do not read anything, I am still trying to get them to full delete my account. Would advise anyone to stay clear of using this, there are other apps out there who are much better but better support etc.

I bought a windshield wiper from Costco that literally flew off my car during a recent rainstorm. I went back to Costco to buy a replacement and was basically ignored by the two associates working at the cash register. They were more interested in talking to their associate about her new puppies. I tried using a MasterCard and was told they do not accept MasterCard even though their website says they do. This place reminds me of Disney World...parking spaces difficult to find and very long lines. I will definitely not be renewing my membership. Sam's Club beats this place hands down.

It seems that Autodesk invests so little in securing their own product that, in order to combat piracy, their license agreement includes a section in which you grant them access to all your network machines (and beyond one assumes) and any contained files and information just so that you can prove to them your are not a thief and are using this software legitimately. This having already suffered the ludicrously high price to pay for it in the first place!.Get a grip Autodesk. There are many ways to use machine level authentication without accusing all your customers of being software pirates until such time as they can prove to you, after downloading and installing your own scanning software, that they are not!!Hugely outdated process and an unnecessary intrusion in to what could be (and is in my case) commercially sensitive data. As this review is for Autodesk and not the AutoCAD product, I can only comment on that.

A return was one day outside time frame due to Christmas and as previous customer you get a wall of chat bots and if eventually you do get through they cannot help or use any discretion - these type of operations are fine as long as nothing goes wrong or you don't need any help, forget it if it does, buyer beware...

I've shopped at ASOS for many years, had premier delivery subscription also for years. Out of nowhere, they've refused a top I returned for being "heavily worn and perfumed". I tried it on once, it looked horrific on me, I put it back in the bag (with the tag still on!) and returned it. I also tried on several other tops at exactly the same time, all of which were returned and accepted. I went through to customer service, was escalated to a manager, who rudely told me they refused to reassess the item, didn't listen to my explanations or offer of pictures, then ended the chat. They're now wasting their own money posting it back to me, and I'll be returning the (as yet unworn) items I kept from the order and have cancelled my premier subscription - I'll take one out at another retailer instead as many of them offer this now. I don't have an issue with their returns surcharge because I know how much it costs in terms of warehouse costs to process returns, but this is unacceptable. It's basically theft. I'm actually furious. For the sake of a £15 top, this will now have ended up costing them money instead of making any profit and I won't be bothering with them again.

I like Uniqlo clothing and accessories but strongly object to being charged for returns which have to go via the post office or similar. I live within a stones throw of the store and should be able to return an item from where I collected it.
