Absolutely the worst right now. Including myself, I know of 4 people who have sworn to stop using Amazon due to constant delivery fails. My mum literally watched a delivery driver pull up, scan her parcel while still sat in the van, get a notification saying “parcel delivered - handed to resident”, then he drove off. My work place have had at least 10 separated incidents of deliveries being “handed to resident”, but have never been delivered at all. Have had couriers either scan parcel then just walk off with package, or dump it outside without even ringing doorbell then it gets stolen. If I could rate zero stars I would. DO NOT USE AMAZON, THERE IS A HIGH CHANCE YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL. Too many amazon delivery people either pure lazy or outright thieves.
