Yelp has Destroyed my good name. We have a moving company and we do a fantastic job overall 10k plus moves a year and very limited complaints. yelp called me multiple to sell me advertising i refuse to buy because i'm rated one star on there i have over 60 5 star reviews that they have hidden and they only leave the complaints up, when i explained this to yelp they told me they have no control its an algorithm i debunked that because they are full of sit and it didn't add up to what they claimed happened. they refused to fix it but claimed if i bought there advertising it could "fix itself"F***k yelp and the horse they rode in on. i've lost $100,000 + in business' due to there "algorithm"

If I could give 0 stars I would. 4/25/25 sent my package out it is now 5/22/25 and my package has not arrived to the buyer. I filed a claim with ups and waited to hear back. Find out today that they lost my package in the same state it was shipped from that was a total of $500.00. they are only going to reimburse me 125.00 ... what a joke ups will definitely be using usps or fedex next time

In an effort to help others, I left reviews for my daughter's wedding venue on multiple sites. The Knot is the only one that expects guests of the wedding to have a copy of the contract. Apparently if you didn't pay for the wedding, what you witnessed and experienced doesn't matter. Nevermind pictures and matching stories from multiple guests. So I hope the Knot gets everything they deserve when the next couple gets treated like shit at the Derby House in Frankfort, IL.

Total incompetence from this company! I wish we had the option to purchase the tools from a competitor so Microsoft wouldn't be a monopoly! Microsoft Business 365 account expired-carried out a renewal online without being supplied any renewal license key. They practically shut us down for a whole week as we had no Microsoft exchange/outlook, Word, Excel etc etc. Their support/contact options are so difficult that it took about a week to manage to get someone on the phone. And once I managed to do that, calling from Cyprus, (7 times because the lines kept dropping after an hour of total inconclusion from each rep), I was being passed on from one rep to another somewhere in India (as I was told). They didn't even have the decency to keep my phone number so the rep who was handling me could call me back to continue where the conversation was dropped, so you can understand that I repeated the story about 5 or 6 times. I've never seen anything like this!!! Really??? One would think such a Corporation would be more customer oriented/concerned with the product they are selling. I am still on hold for the last hour and a half on my seventh phone call. This is so ridiculous that its actually funny. I managed to get through to the Microsoft 365 Data protection dept. manager, Mr. Praveen Giri (if I am spelling his last name correctly) and the first thing I did was get him to spell his name and have him write down my phone number so he could call me back in case the lines dropped again. Well...he didn't even bother...So there you go ..this is Microsoft for you guys....excellent service and product...don't you think?? You can make your own assumptions from this. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. Hope I have been of some help to someone else who can avoid this in the future...Looking forward to a competitor to 365!!!!

THE ZARA ONLINE RETURNS SCAM:Items sent back for refund but some items are STOLEN by the warehouse team and not scanned, then you don't get your refund. Literal THEFT.I even put an A4 Printed Packing List in this return TAPED TO THE BOX to make sure they scanned them all, but they still didn't. Zara Customer Service are a joke and keep denying the issue, saying the items were never received but offer NO EVIDENCE. 100's of similar stories happening to people in these reviews, it's a huge issue.MY ADVICE:- Raise a chargeback through your bank or open a case with PayPal (depending how you paid). You will win automatically with the delivery evidence.- If this is not possible with your bank for whatever reason, raise a Small Claims Court case against them (it's simple and they'll have to pay you back your court fees too).- Report them to Trading Standards.- Contact Newspapers about your case. Send them the link to this TrustPilot Review page to show other people's cases.- BLOW UP THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA. Comment on every post on TikTok, Insta, Twitter, Facebook. Best to use a burner account for this. Companies only care about PR.- Have found the Head Office Number for ZARA UK +020 7851 4300, call them and harass them until they give in. I can't believe such a large retailer is operating a giant fraud system like this, theft is a sackable offence and nothing is been done about it.

The support that I received was very understanding and helpful in regards to some charges made by another party through my account. My concerns were addressed almost immediately and the support manager was honest in their efforts to help me resolve my issue. I hope that this company can build more good reviews like this one. They definitely deserved it considering how I initially approached them with a bad attitude.

Ridiculous delivery. Ordered a £700 laptop, which they wouldn’t deliver. My mum is disabled and unable to get to the door and I am often out. You don’t get a delivery time at all. They just show up and hope you’re in. If you’re not they just leave. No slip or anything to say they’ve been. No way to contact any one. Really really annoyed. Nipped out to walk the dog and missed the delivery guy on the second attempt by literal seconds. Had they sent updates to give a timeslot I could have made sure to be in. I could have waited. But I waited all morning and the ten minutes I was out the house he turned up. I am left disappointed for yet another day and god knows how long till they attempt again. Do they just expect you to not leave the house from point of ordering till they eventually deliver?? Pathetic. People need to work. Simply not good enough. Infuriating. Will NEVER order again simply due to the pathetic delivery service.
