Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service. Been deployed overseas and tried to get my phone unlocked which has been a hassle. They said it would take 24-48 hours to get my device unlocked. I have been here a week and they still haven't unlocked my phone and are still charging me $12 a day for international saying it will take 3-5 more business days to review my account and unlock my phone. The worst phone company i have ever dealt with and once my devices are paid off I am switching carriers to a company that actually cares about it's customers!
