Philips Sonicare toothbrush overpricedPurchased one of these toothbrushes in Malaysia at a reasonable price. Now in UK need to replace the heads but the prices for them is to say the least extortionate and there is no way that a plastic toothbrush is worth what they charge. It even costs more on their website that the prices at high street retailers. The toothbrush makes a humming noise when you use it which is ton justify the sonic term used.Well fact is in my case the cleaning is no better than using a much cheaper option a fact agreed by my dentist. My advice is choose a more economical option. I have changed to Oral B where many offers on both brush and replacement heads are available

I like the websites that are like YouTube where you can see most of the content without logging in. I understand if you want to comment you need to create a account. Insurgent.site lets you do that. This is a political website where there is a twitter type feed.

The products and discounts offered can be great BUT the customer service is terrible ! The attitude especially from some over the Live Chat is so rude- shame - being arrogant rather than actually helpful! What are they trying to prove?
Review of informit
[Original review]Poor customer service. I ordered a papperback book from them. I had an account that was few years old and my delivery address was no longer valid but at no point during the purchase the delivery address is displayed. I realized my mistake too late after pressing the order confirmation. The book is coming from the US so i had two full weeks before the book would turn up. That's plenty of time to correct the problem you'd think. No. I've been trying for 2 weeks now to get them to change the delivery address or authorize the courier to hold it in their depot. They have not responded to the 5 emails i sent them and there is no other way to contact them. With COVID19 the courier no longer require a signature so they will just drop it on the doorsteps 200 miles away from where i live now. And i know no-one there that coukd return it to the courier. So frustrating[EDITED] I've upgraded my rating from one star to four. Ideally that would have been a 3.5 but given they resolved my problem it's more a 4 than a 3. They ultimately contacted me, apologies for the delay in responding, which given the COVID context i could understand and sent me a replacement book at no cost. It is still disappointing they can only be contacted by email and all of this could have been easily avoided if they had been more reactive.

Review of bestbuy
I used to enjoy shopping at Best Buy and rewarded the positive experience with many electronics purchases over the years. Unfortunately, things have changed. They closed my local store a few years ago. Then they stock at the next closest store was inconsistent. I became an occasional customer.Last Christmas I purchased an Apple Watch in-store as a last-minute gift. It was on sale. When I tried to exchange the watch for the same model with a different band color 2 weeks after Christmas, the sale was over and Best Buy would not exchange the watch unless I paid the difference. I haven’t been back since. Until today when I decided to give them another chance.I went to the store to purchase a HomePod mini, responding to an advertised sale this weekend only. I arrived at the store only to learn that they don’t stock ANY HomePod minis in the store - or in any of the stores in the Detroit metro area - in any color.I’m done with Best Buy. I’ll pay the extra $20 to get the Apple Store experience. The new subscription sales model which compels customers to pay extra to receive the customer experience, pricing and support that used to come for free is offensive.I won’t support that behavior with my purchase dollars and I hope you won’t either.
Review of venmo
I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I have to. I verified my account so was able to add $2,000+ and used my card to take my kids clothes shopping and after the third transaction my account got frozen and I could no longer use my card. I have $2,257 in my account that is sitting there frozen and they said I can only add money. Customer service sucks, they all tell me the same exact thing, they cant help me because someone else is handling the case. Calling has been unsuccessful. My account has been frozen due to security alerts, they requested a photo of my drivers license and I have sent that 3 times. Today is day #9 since my account has been locked.
Review of techopedia
Techopedia’s coverage of topics like data security is good, but I wish they would delve a little deeper into the technical details. It’s perfect for someone starting out, but for advanced professionals, it could offer more granular insights.
Review of Spotify
The free "service" just loads ads on top of ads and never plays some podcasts. I just doesn't work in the browser. The windows app is even worse, it barely knows how to show an episode list on laptop screen, you get a half a centimeter tall window to look through to see a list of over a hundred items. It also thinks I am Swedish or Russian, but I live in Finland. Kind of offensive really. These adverts wouldn't even be a benefit to Swedish or Russian speaking users in Finland- just give me English over those languages.I know this company only ever knew how to make a phone app, and that is where the majority of their users are, but it's pure incompetency that they can't develop a website. I would never pay for this kind of service. The desktop app, simply only ever tells you "It can't play music right now!" What a joke! I mean I am sure it's because I am behind a VPN, and they can't target ads on anything but a virtual user. Either way, trash service, and any podcast that goes exclusive to them will just end up dying.

Review of lyft
Final ride cost being significantly higher than the estimated price displayed in the app due to surge pricing or unexpected fees, instead $ 7.59 I ended pay $27.00 all without a notice or consulting me , this is scary they can do whatever they want with your bank account! This kind of actions should be regulated. Not any more Lyft for me, Uber it's
Review of dropbox
Having been a long-standing customer of Dropbox, since January 2015 as a Plus member, I decided to give Dropbox Business a trial.I opted for the trial and to pay yearly (biggest mistake ever). As a small business owner, you can often find yourself short on time and a month's trial quickly shot by and I was invoiced. It was at this stage that I was trying to revert back to Plus and cancel the service as it simply didn't fit our requirements. The problem was I didn't want to find myself having lost any of my data. When I finally had my data backed up I went to Dropbox to request a refund for the 11 months that I had not used. After several emails, I was only refunded 50% of the total. I cannot believe that after 1 month of signing up ($71.96) - I am out of pocket $359.80.Dropbox you have lost a loyal customer paying $180 a year, in fact, I feel sickened and robbed by a company I previously trusted.

Review of avg
This product works great and I have found it doesn't slow my computer as much as other antivirus programs I've tried. I have been using AVG since 2008 and the only issue I have is the billing process; it is difficult to cancel add-ons when you no longer need them. Billing owner name changes every year, now, too.

Review of amazon
Horrible they will cheat you. Year before I bought cleaning supplies. The buy $50 get $15 like they have now. Well I did that and got the run around and finally they told me I didn't qualify because my items wasn't shipped together but they was bought together but amazon didn't take the money out of the account at the same time so they treated as individual items. Very scammy of them. I won't be doing that again. Thought I would be saving money but nope. Don't do the stock up and save. Also, delivery is crazy they expect people to pay a extra delivery service for $4.99 a month just to deliver for $35 for free thats not free. Also they make people spend $10-$7 for each delivery and expect to give their drivers with benefits tips. Music subscription cost about $13- and more when I'm a prime member. Talk about milking every service they have because they went overboard so customers have to pay. I think i'm going to cancel my membership because its getting useless and I have to contact customer service a lot. My mothers day gift was $24 giftset I had to return and spent money that they said they would reimburse. After it was damaged the box and couldn't give as a gift because it was open and then they do it again. I don't know if they was being funny or not but not cool. Avoid this place.
Review of coursera
I have previously considered to study the UOL computer science degree course that UOL had liaise with Coursera.Just recently I tried to test out Coursera Free trial. I have had cancelled the free trial, and also my own credit card as I had previously bad experience with other websites in their handling with my card information. Coursera started billing me just 3 days ago I was astonished! I have did what I can to remove my card number and the subscription, and yet, this stinking thing happened. There are many bad website and system on the internet but Coursera is the worst I have ever experienced. Never am I gonna even study on Coursera again and I bid everyone to think twice if they were ever contemplating on using Coursera. They refused to even give me a refund! I hate giving negative reviews, but this is just unacceptable.Edit, they refunded after much perusal. But that was still a rollercoaster ride.
