BOX IS A SCAM BECAUSE THEY FORCE YOU TO SIGN UP FOR AUTORENEWAL BUT THEN HIDE HOW TO CANCEL IT. You CANNOT cancel auto renewal by clicking a box on the website, rather they bury the cancellation in the help section and you have to jump through several menus before you finally get to a generic email form. You also CANNOT remove your credit card information from their website. The customer service is atrocious. I didn’t find this website until I scrolled to the bottom of the “complaint” search results. They’ve done a good job of pushing down negative review search results. I just can’t believe they make it this hard to get out of auto renewal. It’s senseless. BUYER BEWARE!!

worst ever company I came across, I bought some stuff from them back in Dec 19, turned out to be rubbish and not fit for purpose so returned them and since then I am back and forth chasing them up for a refund, today is 15 of Jan 20 and still no refund, I have now filed a dispute with my credit company, these Chinese company are quick on taking your money but not as when returning it in fact they do not return it all!

One star isn't merited. How awful they block reviews until you write a review and then eventually after you write one they still block you from seeing reviews. What is the purpose of being a review site if reviews aren't made available for free?

I’ve a HP ENVY 6000 which is still under warranty, but HP won’t honour my warranty. I’ve spent hours explaining the problem and even on a video call. Advisor acknowledged this is a printer issue and yet it’s been weeks and no replacement. Arrogant advisors and managers. Unbelievable that a reputed company is behaving this way and employing such tactics. Any idea how I can file a case against them?

The Lenovo laptop I bought has had no heavy use and is used only by me. Just out of its year's guarantee the screen became partially detached from the keyboard. It was usable for two or three days but is now dead. I took it to the retailer who said that the laptop's guarantee did not cover damage and they advised me to buy a new laptop, My experience of Lenovo has been an expensive and worrying one and I would advise anyone thinking of buying one to look for an alternative.

I got nothing from AARP! I went on their travel program. What I booked was much the same price I could get through other avenues. When I thought they would do something, on my issue, all they did is point me to a firm for me to go to. (I had expected AARP to “stand behind me”. Instead, I’m a lone wolf!)I never see customers, where I work, use the AARP credit card. When I read about this credit card, it has no incentive!AARP seems to be a front for insurance companies.
