Middleton,WI staff bucks the old GC trend

Seems like they could use more staff, even during a weekday as people were coming in all morning. It wasn't long though before store manager Tom approached and asked if I needed anything. Had an amp to sell, worked out perfectly. Wanted to check out acoustics, Tom stayed with me and helped me out with the right guitar. Not to put any extra burden on the guy, he's probably got other things to do other than be a salesman, but he's knowledgeable and helpful with a great personality and doesn't try pushing you into gear you don't want. Great experience at this particular GC.

I have spent Hours on the phone to just to pay my first bill and set up auto pay. My AT&a app is a joke. It just wants to sell you stuff. Everytime I got on the app it sent me to DIRECT TV????? Come to find out THEY typed in my email wrong when I set up the service. AT&T has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Call the local store and they can help you with somethings but not payments or auto pay. They wouldn’t even get me to a manager even after I asked 6 times. They have no empathy and they just keep talking over you. They disregard your request and don’t know the meaning of the words CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Review of macromedia

Creative Cloud; shiny product with many flaws.

I have been using adobe products for decades and as a Graphic Designer professionally now for at least 10 years and have always rated the products. I've not been able to work properly for the last 2 weeks and have spent sooooo many hours watching spinning wheels and restarting apps. The Indesign Cloud files are not operational for me currently, I've tried to access on my personal account and a total of 4 different devices; the oldest being late 2022. I've reset, re-installed, logged in/out - I am so sick of how gltichy Adobe is. I will get a file to work locally for an houror so and then it crashes and I'm back to square one. My employer even purchased a new top spec MacBook Pro as we thought it was a Ram issue. As per many large organisations, it's hard to reach a human for support (for comparison; Apple is the other end of the spectrum). After 2 remote attempts to solve the issue the resolution that was provided was A. Close the case. B. Chat to agent again (which is a faff in itself). C. Search Forum. Sort it out Adobe, please try harder to support your customers.

AVOID, use GAMEFOUND instead.This crowdfunding company is heavily automated for high profit, little effort on their part. With no humans to vet projects before launch they actually enables scammers to take backers money with no consequences, but as long as they get their 'cut' of the profits no actions ever happens. Refuses any responsibility, hiding behind the small print of backers are aware of any risks, yes 100% risk for the backers, zero risk for Kickstarter as keeps its 20% share of the funding profits regardless. Something VERY wrong there. Been ripped of many, many times. Things that sound to good to be true nearly ALWAYS ARE NOT. Don't risk you hard earned money.

Worst service from any provider. Useless web site, web chat gave up after 3 hours when ‘next in queue’. Poorly written and threatening direct mail letters. Really needs sorting out and senior staff replaced.

CHEGG SENT ME A EMAIL STATING THE BOOK WOULD NOT ARIVED UNTIL 5 DAYS LATER THAN THE EXPEDITEDSHIPPINGDATE I PAID FOR. I SPENT OVER A HOUR ON THE PHONE TO HAVE SOMEONE TELL ME "TOO BAD" NO REFUND ON THE EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND I CAN'T CANCEL THE ORDER EITHER 5 MINUTES AFTER IT WAS ORDERED. I WILL NOW NOT HAVE THE BOOK IN TIME FOR THE CLASS I NEED. AND I GET TO PAY FOR SHIPPING TO RETURN THE BOOK AS WELL. SINCE I HAVE TO FIND A ANOTHER BOOK TO USE IN TIME FOR CLASS. I was given exemplary help when reinstalling Parallels.

I was given exemplary help when reinstalling Parallels by a phone adviser, and able to get back up and running with my virtual PC very quickly. I need the PC on a Mac to run a few PC-only programs (eg MS publisher). The Mac had needed a complete reinstallation of OS and my 3rd party software. What was different to some other experience? 1. Accessible by phone. 2. Understanding of what I needed to do. 3. Anticipation of the information needed, which was immediately sent by email. And, Parallels seems to run an old W7 VM better and better. Good on you.

I was denied care and told that I would die

I moved to Minnesota (MN) to go to Mayo for a rare form of blood cancer. Where I'd lived, the doctors didn't know how to help me. During the shutdown in March 2020, Mayo abandoned me and all their patients even though the MN governor said that the chronically and severely ill were to still get care (the other health systems in MN didn't do like Mayo). When Mayo reopened, I was told they wouldn't give me the care they'd promised and I would die as a result. Mayo has a reputation among the locals (laymen, doctors outside of Mayo, and gov't officials alike) as only caring about profit. Because they shutdown totally and "had to" take care of poor people with Covid-19, they lost a lot of profit for 2020. My insurance didn't pay well, so they decided to let me die. When I complained, Mayo retaliated by permanently banning me from their clinic. So I complained to the state and was told by the MN Dept. of Health (MDH) said that Mayo's actions were "morally wrong," but legal under MN law. They can abandon patients, neglect patients even if they hurt or kill them, and ban patients permanently. I was told by MDH that Mayo was known for turning away patients and neglecting them; especially if they had gov't insurance like Medicare. When I talked to the Office of the Commissioner of the MN Dept. of Human Services, they told me Mayo is known for arbitrarily banning patients. No one I've met in the last 11 months in MN likes Mayo and I don't blame them. I moved over 2,000 miles and spent money I didn't have for nothing. Stay away from Mayo unless you want to waste your time and money and risk death from neglect. They're horrible. Their ethics really are in the toilet (as doctors outside the Mayo health system have told me).

Censorship, bias, untrustworthy due to bias

I submitted a review with no malice, offensive language or other policy violations except one thing the bias people at IMDB did not like. I pointed out a political leftwing bias with dishonesty of a video "Betrayed" and provided substantiation so the rejected my submission. I read their User review guidelines and did not violate any guidelines. From reading other Trustpilot reviews I see others have had the same experience. I will no longer trust or use this Amazon company IMDB.

I virtually chatted with a young lady named Likithia (I think I spelled that correctly), and she was professional, proficient, and made the process smooth. I’m usually leery of chat services, but this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. My problem was solved in three minutes.
