I have been with Kraken for over 8 years and I have not had any issues with them. I am not a day trader but transferring money to the platform and buying and selling crypto has been fast and pain-free. Customer service did not care, did not help, did not offer a solution other than to go to police. Amazon customer service is horrible, !! It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone with interest in problem solving. My acct was hacked into, so I called the Help line, their English speaking support people were RUDE, VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND AND DISRESPECTFUL.. and would not allow me to speak to a supervisor, The higher you go, I understand why there is no chain of supervision. I’m all but done with Amazon
